RECRUITMENT:
I specialise both in permanent and contract staffing. Formulating recruitment strategy and
coordinating with company internal HR system to ensure satisfied on boarding of our employees.

1. Planning, organizing and coordinating entire gamut of processes involved in
recruitment. In addition to this meeting the client regularly to understand
their recruitment plan and proposing our services to their assistance.
2. We source candidates from various sources:
• Social Networking websites, Internet research.

3. Screening of Resume according to given Job descriptions & discuss with
Hiring manager/Delivery manager, and timely delivery of resources, Mapping

1. Integration – Collating the information available in the existing database, scrubbing it and
starting an all new website including entire details of the employees.
2. Joinee details – Updating the joinees and the procedure facilitating the extraction of data.
3. Leave Management – Created a website that is easily accessible by both employees and
employers tracking the leave details.

COMPENSATION AND EXIT FORMALITIES:
• Supervising the process of offer roll out to the candidates.
• Negotiating and implementing the compensation & benefits activities-salary, bonus,
incentives, annual and intermediate salary hikes of the employees including
communication to employees on this matter.
• Supervise the exit interview process and share corrective measures/feedback with
the client to improve retention and address employee issues/concerns.
Although my core expertise in Spectrum has been recruitments, I also happen to involve
myself in few of the ‘Touch’ processes periodically.
‘TOUCH’ PROCESSES:
1. Conceptualized the idea of ‘Friday Monthly Birthday Bash’ having monthly events like
Quizzing / Dumb charades/ Singing / Debates etc.
2. Organized the fifteen year celebration of Spectrum Consultants.
