Position-Information System Operator Analyst
Current duties include: providing Tier II network and system administration support to the Southeastern
Army Reserve Intelligence Support Center; maintaining information technology functional and security
operations of the Army Reserve Network for 58 workstations and 1 server; providing technical and
administrative services to approximately 60 users; installing, troubleshooting and repairing computer
hardware,peripherals, network wiring and equipment; receiving, storing, and issuing accounts for
COMSEC equipment, and associated keying material; enforcing ARNET security and information
assurance policies and being accountable for the physical equipment and for security protocols assigned
to the network. shares relevant information that negatively impacts the Network Operations Center (NOC)
with INFOSEC users and other need-to-know personnel and plans and executes corrective actions to
reestablish integrity of systems -engages in initiating collaborative efforts of routine and emergency NOC
support activities in both local and other points of operations -makes use of all available data and prepares
classified and unclassified INFOSEC reports using prescribed handling and processing SOP's -briefs co-
workers and section leaders on programmatic and security issues affecting NOC on a weekly basis -
responsible for the creation of new SOP's,for reviewing previous ones, and for divulging and enforcing

subordinate battalions and for all modern electronic COMSEC keys ordered, received and issued through
the Army Key Management System (EKMS). Interacts with the Command Authority for
Department/Agency Organizational Code (DAO) administration and privilege changes. Prepares and
submits key orders to the National Security Agency (NSA) Central Key Management Facility. Utilizes
the Local COMSEC Management Software (LCMS) package and the local COMSEC Management
Software (LCMS) used with the new COMSEC wired and wireless, voice and data equipment being
fielded by NSA.

Position-Information Systems Analyst
Responsible for planning and implementation of all Network and Telecommunications functions of
systems within the United States Army Reserve Command Headquarters. Responsible for the operational
