HBSS at Crane supported 5 networks and 4,300 users.
Directed Security and Vulnerability patching via Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Security Technical
Implementation Guides.
Monitored the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) alerts & tasked appropriate administrator to correct
the fault.
Supervised and assigned trouble tickets via help desk support and SharePoint tasking to 35 windows network
administrators on five Windows 2008 (R2) networks and the completion of over 14,000 trouble tickets.
Configured 13 Cisco Switches using PuTTY during a network upgrade.
Oversaw upgrade of 163 workstations/laptops from Windows 7 to Windows 10 operating systems.

from one shared network to another. Ensured the new network was operational by documenting the Interim
Authority to Operate (IATO) was in place while the Authority to Operate (ATO) compliance was being approved.
The process took 18 months from start to completion.
Submitted the paperwork and auditing to certify a Top Secret (TS) Secret Compartmentalized Information Facility
(SCIF) to analyze intelligencedata.
Created a Top Secret Network that used the existing secret network as a trunk. The process had never been done
before and the lessons learned was used to create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for deployed units.
