This document summarizes a research paper that proposes a public key steganography method using least significant bit (LSB) insertion with a chaotic neural network. The method embeds a secret image into a cover image using LSB insertion with a public chaotic map-generated key. A chaotic neural network is then used to merge the cover and secret images. The document provides background on steganography, chaotic maps, neural networks, and LSB insertion. It also reviews related work using neural networks for steganography and iris image protection.
A Secure Data Communication System Using Cryptography and SteganographyIJCNCJournal
The information security has become one of the most significant problems in data communication. So it
becomes an inseparable part of data communication. In order to address this problem, cryptography and
steganography can be combined. This paper proposes a secure communication system. It employs
cryptographic algorithm together with steganography. The jointing of these techniques provides a robust
and strong communication system that able to withstand against attackers. In this paper, the filter bank

Survey on Different Image Encryption Techniques with Tabular Formijsrd.com
Rapid growth of digital communication and multimedia application increases the need of security and it becomes an important issue of communication and storage of multimedia. Image Encryption is one of the techniques that are used to ensure high security. Various fields such as medical science military in which image encryption can be used. Recent cryptography provides necessary techniques for securing information and protective multimedia data. In last some years, encryption technology has been developed quickly and many image encryption methods have been used to protect confidential image data from illegal way in. Within this paper survey of different image encryption techniques have been discussed from which researchers can get an idea for efficient techniques to be used.
In the present scenario the use of images increased extremely in the cyber world so that we can
easily transfer data with the help of these images in a secured way. Image steganography becomes
important in this manner. Steganography and cryptography are the two techniques that are often confused
with each other. The input and output of steganography looks alike, but for cryptography the output will be
in an encrypted form which always draws attraction to the attacker. This paper combines both
steganography and cryptography so that attacker doesn’t know about the existence of message and the
message itself is encrypted to ensure more security. The textual data entered by the user is encrypted using
AES algorithm. After encryption, the encrypted data is stored in the colour image by using a hash based
algorithm. Most of the steganographic algorithms available today is suitable for a specific image format
and these algorithms suffers from poor quality of the embedded image. The proposed work does not corrupt
the images quality in any form. The striking feature is that this algorithm is suitable for almost all image
formats e.g.: jpeg/jpg, Bitmap, TIFF and GIFF.
Hungarian-Puzzled Text with Dynamic Quadratic Embedding SteganographyIJECEIAES
Least-Significant-Bit (LSB) is one of the popular and frequently used steganography techniques to hide a secret message in a digital medium. Its popularity is due to its simplicity in implementation and ease of use. However, such simplicity comes with vulnerabilities. An embedded secret message using the traditional LSB insertion is easily decodable when the stego image is suspected to be hiding a secret message. In this paper, we propose a novel secure and high quality LSB embedding technique. The security of the embedded payload is employed through introducing a novel quadratic embedding sequence. The embedding technique is also text dependent and has non-bounded inputs, making the possibilities of decoding infinite. Due to the exponential growth of and quadratic embedding, a novel cyclic technique is also introduced for the sequence that goes beyond the limits of the cover medium. The proposed method also aims to reduce the noise arising from embedding the secret message by reducing bits changed. This is done by partitioning the cover medium and the secret message into N partitions and artificially creating an assignment problem based on bit change criteria. The assignment problem will be solved using the Hungarian algorithm that will puzzle the secret message partition for an overall least bit change.

Abstract With the rapid development of network technology, information security has become a mounting problem. Steganography involves hiding information in a cover media, in such a way that the cover media is not supposed to have any confidential message for its unintentional addressee In this paper, an ideal steganographic scheme in networks is proposed using twisted payload. The confidential image values are twisted by using scrambling techiques. The Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) is applied on cover image and Integer Wavelet Transform (IWT) is applied to the scrambled confidential image. Transmission of cryptic text using rotational visual cryptographyeSAT Journals
Abstract Today security is an important thing when we need to transmit data from one location to another safely. In this paper we are proposing an empirical model of secure data transmission technique with a hybrid approach of Cryptography, Stegnography and rotational analysis. In the initial phase, data is encrypted with DES algorithm with the help of Session key which is generated by the Diffie-Hellman Key exchange Algorithm. In the second phase Cipher Data is hidden into the cover image’s LSB to form the stego image, by considering security as the optimal security parameter. In the third phase, the Stego image is rotated with specific angle. At the receiver end, the image is de-rotated and the cipher information from the LSB is retrieved and the cipher information is decrypted with session key. This scheme achieves lossless recovery and is difficult to decrypt by the attackers. Keywords: Cryptography, Stegnography, Visual Cryptography, DES, Diffie-Hellman Algorithm, Session Key
Reversible Multiple Image Secret Sharing using Discrete Haar Wavelet Transform IJECEIAES
Multiple Secret Image Sharing scheme is a protected approach to transmit more than one secret image over a communication channel. Conventionally, only single secret image is shared over a channel at a time. But as technology grew up, there is a need to share more than one secret image. A fast (r, n) multiple secret image sharing scheme based on discrete haar wavelet transform has been proposed to encrypt m secret images into n noisy images that are stored over different servers. To recover m secret images r noise images are required. Haar Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) is employed as reduction process of each secret image to its quarter size (i.e., LL subband). The LL subbands for all secrets have been combined in one secret that will be split later into r subblocks randomly using proposed high pseudo random generator. Finally, a developed (r, n) threshold multiple image secret sharing based one linear system has been used to generate unrelated shares. The experimental results showed that the generated shares are more secure and unrelated. The size reductions of generated shares were 1:4r of the size of each of original image. Also, the randomness test shows a good degree of randomness and security.
A New Approach of Cryptographic Technique Using Simple ECC & ECFIJAEMSJORNAL
Cryptography is the technique in which usually a file is converted into unreadable format by using public key and private key system called as public key cryptosystem. Then as per the user requirement that file is send to another user for secure data transmission. In this paper we purposed an image based cryptography that Elliptic Curve Function (ECF) techniques and pseudo random encoding technique on images to enhance the security of RFID communication. In the ECF approach, the basic idea is to replace the Elliptic Curve Function (ECF) of the cover image with the Bits of the messages to be hidden without destroying the property of the cover image significantly. The ECF based technique is the most challenging one as it is difficult to differentiate between the cover object and Crypto object if few ECF bits of the cover object are replaced. In Pseudo Random technique, a random key is used as seed for the Pseudo Random Number Generator in needed in the embedding process. Both the techniques used a Crypto key while embedding messages inside the cover image. By using the key, the chance of getting attacked by the attacker is reduced.

HYBRID CHAOTIC METHOD FOR MEDICAL IMAGES CIPHERINGIJNSA Journal
Healthcare is an essential application of e-services, where for diagnostic testing, medical imaging acquiring, processing, analysis, storage, and protection are used. Image ciphering during storage and transmission over the networks used has seen implemented using many types of ciphering algorithms for security purpose. Current cyphering algorithms are classified into two types: traditional classical cryptography using standard algorithms (DES, AES, IDEA, RC5, RSA, ...) and chaos cryptography using continuous (Chau, Rossler, Lorenz, ...) or discreet (Logistics, Henon, ...) algorithms. The traditional algorithms have struggled to combat image data as compared to regular textual data. Whereas, the chaotic algorithms are more efficient for image ciphering. The Significancecharacteristics of chaos are its extreme sensitivity to initial conditions and algorithm parameters.
In this paper, medical image security based on hybrid/mixed chaotic algorithms is proposed. The proposed method is implemented using MATLAB. Where the image of the Retina of the Eye to detect Blood Vessels is ciphered. The Pseudo-Random Numbers Generators (PRNGs) from the different chaotic algorithms are implemented, and their statistical properties are evaluated using the National Institute of Standards and Technology NIST and other statistical test-suits. Then, these algorithms are used to secure the data, where the statistical properties of the cipher-text are also tested. We propose two PRNGs to increase the complexity of the PRNGs and to allow many of the NIST statistical tests to be passed: one based on twohybrid mixed chaotic logistic maps and one based on two-hybrid mixed chaotic Henon maps, where each chaotic algorithm runs side-by-side andstarts with random initial conditions and parameters (encryption keys). The resulting hybrid PRNGs passed many of the NIST statistical test suits.
Balancing Trade-off between Data Security and Energy Model for Wireless Senso...IJECEIAES

Towards A More Secure Web Based Tele Radiology System: A Steganographic ApproachCSCJournals
While it is possible to make a patient's medical images available to a practicing radiologist online e.g. through open network systems inter connectivity and email attachments, these methods don't guarantee the security, confidentiality and tamper free reliability required in a medical information system infrastructure. The possibility of securely and covertly transmitting such medical images remotely for clinical interpretation and diagnosis through a secure steganographic technique was the focus of this study.
We propose a method that uses an Enhanced Least Significant Bit (ELSB) steganographic insertion method to embed a patient's Medical Image (MI) in the spatial domain of a cover digital image and his/her health records in the frequency domain of the same cover image as a watermark to ensure tamper detection and nonrepudiation. The ELSB method uses the Marsenne Twister (MT) Pseudo Random Number Generator (PRNG) to randomly embed and conceal the patient's data in the cover image. This technique significantly increases the imperceptibility of the hidden information to steganalysis thereby enhancing the security of the embedded patient's data.
In measuring the effectiveness of the proposed method, the study adopted the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology, a paradigm for problem solving in computing and Information Systems (IS) that involves design and implementation of artefacts and methods considered novel and the analytical testing of the performance of such artefacts in pursuit of understanding and enhancing an existing method, artefact or practice.
The fidelity measures of the stego images from the proposed method were compared with those from the traditional Least Significant Bit (LSB) method in order to establish the imperceptibility of the embedded information. The results demonstrated improvements of between 1 to 2.6 decibels (dB) in the Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR), and up to 0.4 MSE ratios for the proposed method.

Review paper on Data Security using Cryptography and Steganographyvivatechijri
One of the major problems faced by this digital world is Data Security. Data Security plays an important role in the field of information technology. As there are large advancements in internet technology, there has been huge text as well as multimedia data transfer over the internet. The communication channel available for data transfer from the transmitter to receiver is highly insecure. As the security of electronic data is a major issue and to achieve high security and confidentiality, the public and the private sectors use different kinds of techniques and methods to protect the data from unauthorized users. Cryptography and Steganography are the most popular and widely used technologies for security. Cryptography is the art of hiding information by encryption and steganography is a technique to hides data in the cover medium. Cryptography hides the readable and meaningful contents of the data. And the existence of the data is hidden by the Steganography technique.

A SECURE DATA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING CRYPTOGRAPHY AND STEGANOGRAPHY IJCNCJournal
In this paper, the filter bank
cipher is used to encrypt the secret text message, it provide high level of security, scalability and speed.
After that, a discrete wavelet transforms (DWT) based steganography is employed to hide the encrypted
message in the cover image by modifying the wavelet coefficients. The performance of the proposed system
is evaluated using peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) and histogram analysis. The simulation results show
that, the proposed system provides high level of security.
Hybrid information security system via combination of compression, cryptogra...IJECEIAES
Today, the world is experiencing a new paradigm characterized by dynamism and rapid change due to revolutions that have gone through information and digital communication technologies, this raised many security and capacity concerns about information security transmitted via the Internet network. Cryptography and steganography are two of the most extensively that are used to ensure information security. Those techniques alone are not suitable for high security of information, so in this paper, we proposed a new system was proposed of hiding information within the image to optimize security and capacity. This system provides a sequence of steps by compressing the secret image using discrete wavelet transform (DWT) algorithm, then using the advanced encryption standard (AES) algorithm for encryption compressed data. The least significant bit (LSB) technique has been applied to hide the encrypted data. The results show that the proposed system is able to optimize the stego-image quality (PSNR value of 47.8 dB) and structural similarity index (SSIM value of 0.92). In addition, the results of the experiment proved that the combination of techniques maintains stego-image quality by 68%, improves system performance by 44%, and increases the size of secret data compared to using each technique alone. This study may contribute to solving the problem of the security and capacity of information when sent over the internet.
Lightweight digital imaging and communications in medicine image encryption f...TELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
Diagnosis in healthcare systems relies heavily on the use of medical images. Images such as X-rays, ultrasounds, computed tomography (CT) scans, magnetic resonance imaging (MRIs), and other scans of the brain and other internal organs of patients include private and personal information. However, these images are vulnerable to unauthorized users who unlawfully use them for non-diagnostic reasons due to the lack of security in communication routes and the gaps in the storage systems of hospitals or medical centers. Image encryption is a prominent technique used to protect medical images from unauthorized access in addition to enhancing the security of communication networks. In this paper, researchers offer a lightweight cryptosystem for the secure encryption of medical images that makes use of the present block cipher and a five-dimensional chaotic map. More than 25 images from the open science framework (OSF) public database of patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) were used to evaluate the proposed system. DICOM stands for “digital imaging and communications in medicine”. The efficiency of the proposed system is proved in terms of adjacent pixels’ correlation analysis, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) analysis, mean square error, information entropy, unified average changing intensity, peak-to-signal noise ratio, entropy, and structure similarity index image.
A new image steganography algorithm basedIJNSA Journal
In recent years, the rapid growth of information technology and digital communication has become very
important to secure information transmission between the sender and receiver. Therefore, steganography
introduces strongly to hide information and to communicate a secret data in an appropriate multimedia
carrier, e.g., image, audio and video files. In this paper, a new algorithm for image steganography has
been proposed to hide a large amount of secret data presented by secret color image. This algorithm is
based on different size image segmentations (DSIS) and modified least significant bits (MLSB), where the
DSIS algorithm has been applied to embed a secret image randomly instead of sequentially; this approach
has been applied before embedding process. The number of bit to be replaced at each byte is non uniform,
it bases on byte characteristics by constructing an effective hypothesis. The simulation results justify that
the proposed approach is employed efficiently and satisfied high imperceptible with high payload capacity

A Study of Various Steganographic Techniques Used for Information Hidingijcses
The art of information hiding has received much attention in the recent years as security of information has
become a big concern in this internet era. As sharing of sensitive information via a common communication
channel has become inevitable, Steganography – the art and science of hiding information has gained
much attention. We are also surrounded by a world of secret communication, where people of all types are
transmitting information as innocent as an encrypted credit card number to an online-store and as
insidious as a terrorist plot to hijackers. Steganography derives from the Greek word steganos, meaning
covered or secret, and graphy (writing or drawing) [1]. Steganography is a technology where modern data
compression, information theory, spread spectrum, and cryptography technologies are brought together to
satisfy the need for privacy on the Internet. This paper is an attempt to analyse the various techniques used
in steganography and to identify areas in which this technique can be applied, so that the human race can
be benefited at large.

In the digital world, data is that the heart of computer communication and world
economy to make sure the safety for this data it is desired secure transmission of
confidential data that gets an excellent deal of attention. Therefore; it’s necessary to
use effective methods to reinforce information security. Many strategies are coming up
to shield the information from going to unauthorized person. Steganography and
cryptography are 2 completely different mechanisms for information security. The
main purpose in cryptography is to create message idea unintelligible, whereas
steganography aims to hide secret message. Digital-pictures are wonderful carriers of
hidden information. Combining these two methods is a topic of high relevance since
secure communication is inevitable for mankind. In this paper, a method for
protection data was proposed comprises a hybridization between cryptography and
steganography. In the proposed approach particle swarm optimization algorithm
(PSO) was used in both methods(encryption and steganography). The PSO algorithm
was used in key generation process for data encryption and in generating hidden
locations for data hiding. Also, the Least Significant Bit (LSB)was utilized to add the
encrypted data into LSB of the cover and the PSO was utilized to specify the location
of hiding data. The data will be encrypted by using stream cipher method. The image
will be transmitted and received through the internet and the extraction process would
be exactly reveres for hidden process. Experimental results illustrate that the visual,
and therefore applying mathematics values of the image with encrypted information
before the insertion represented as the same as the values after the insertion so that
the reduction in the possibility of the confidential-message to be detected and allows
secret communication. The effectiveness of the projected technique has been

With the go on the evolution of both computer and internet technology, videos, sounds, and scripts are used more and more often. It can be used in sundry techniques in ciphering and data concealing. The objective of this paper is leading to the suggestion of a new method of the combination between encryption and concealment of information so as to make it difficult to identify the transmitted datavia networks. This study has used two force secure (2FS) to encrypt the images, in other words, the SF is frequent twice on the image, to obtain powerful encryption then the concealing of the secret message is done inside the cryptography of the image has been performed using a secret key (cosine curve), and this stego-encryption image has been transformed forthe Internet of things storage in the database in IoT (data flow), when the user needs any information can be access inviaof internet of things (IoTs). The outcome of the proposed system is obtained tobe evaluated through different measures, such aspeak signal noise ratio (PSNR), mean square error (MSE), entropy, correlation coefficient, and histogram. The proposed system is good, efficient, fast, has high security, robustness, and transparency.
Image steganography using least significant bit and secret map techniques IJECEIAES
In steganography, secret data are invisible in cover media, such as text, audio, video and image. Hence, attackers have no knowledge of the original message contained in the media or which algorithm is used to embed or extract such message. Image steganography is a branch of steganography in which secret data are hidden in host images. In this study, image steganography using least significant bit and secret map techniques is performed by applying 3D chaotic maps, namely, 3D Chebyshev and 3D logistic maps, to obtain high security. This technique is based on the concept of performing random insertion and selecting a pixel from a host image. The proposed algorithm is comprehensively evaluated on the basis of different criteria, such as correlation coefficient, information entropy, homogeneity, contrast, image, histogram, key sensitivity, hiding capacity, quality index, mean square error (MSE), peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) and image fidelity. Results show that the proposed algorithm satisfies all the aforementioned criteria and is superior to other previous methods. Hence, it is efficient in hiding secret data and preserving the good visual quality of stego images. The proposed algorithm is resistant to different attacks, such as differential and statistical attacks, and yields good results in terms of key sensitivity, hiding capacity, quality index, MSE, PSNR and image fidelity.
Hiding algorithm based fused images and Caesar cipher with intelligent securi...IJECEIAES
The process of sending confidential data through the communication media and in complete secrecy is now necessary, whether the data is related to patients, a particular military operation, or a specified office. On the other hand, with the development of various ciphering algorithms, and information hiding algorithms, there is a need to obtain ciphered and hidden data securely without the need to exchange secret keys between the two ends of the communication. In this paper, a hiding algorithm based on fused images and Caesar cipher with intelligent methods to strengthen the security of confidential information is proposed. Firstly, fused image scattering is obtained using 1’s complement and circularly shifting the bits of fused pixels by specified positions before the hiding process. Secondly, the keys for the Caesar cipher are derived from the length of secret information according to the mathematical equation. Thirdly, strengthen the security of Caesar’s cipher by taking a 1’s complement of each letter in the cipher data. The results guarantee the security of the presented algorithm.

ABSTRACT
The present workproposes to perform an analysis of the similarities between the least significant two bits of the cover image and multiple series of two-bit-length encrypted frames, all of them from the cryptomessage. After finding the most similar frame, we proceed to substitute it into the cover image; nevertheless, to provide a proof of the improvement from using itor the least similar one, the statistics from both cases are obtained.Providing information that the more similar the frame is, the better statistics the stego-image has. Moreover, the statistics obtained from our work are also compared with other works, finding that we provide a good scheme for hiding information.

In this paper, a new steganography algorithm has been suggested to enforce the security of data hiding and to increase the amount of payloads. This algorithm is based on four safety layers; the first safety layer has been initiated through compression and an encryption of a confidential message using a set partition in hierarchical trees (SPIHT) and advanced encryption standard (AES) mechanisms respectively. An irregular image segmentation algorithm (IIS) on a cover-image (Ic) has been constructed successfully in
the second safety layer, and it is based on the adaptive reallocation segments' edges (ARSE) by applying an
adaptive finite-element method (AFEM) to find the numerical solution of the proposed partial differential equation (PDE). An intelligent computing technique using a hybrid adaptive neural network with a modified ant colony optimizer (ANN_MACO) has been proposed in the third safety layer to construct a
learning system. This system accepts entry using support vector machine (SVM) to generate input patterns as features of byte attributes and produces new features to modify a cover-image. The significant innovation of the proposed novel steganography algorithm is applied efficiently on the forth
safety layer which is more robust for hiding a large amount of confidential message reach to six bits per pixel (bpp) into color images. The new approach of hiding algorithm works against statistical and visual attacks with high imperceptible of hiding data into stego-images (Is). The experimental results are
discussed and compared with the previous steganography algorithms; it demonstrates that the proposed algorithm has a significant improvement on the effect of the security level of steganography by making an arduous task of retrieving embedded confidential message from color images.

BROAD UNEXPOSED SKILLS OF TRANSGENDER ENTREPRENEURSIAEME Publication
Since ages gender difference is always a debatable theme whether caused by nature, evolution or environment. The birth of a transgender is dreadful not only for the child but also for their parents. The pain of living in the wrong physique and treated as second class victimized citizen is outrageous and fully harboured with vicious baseless negative scruples. For so long, social exclusion had perpetuated inequality and deprivation experiencing ingrained malign stigma and besieged victims of crime or violence across their life spans. They are pushed into the murky way of life with a source of eternal disgust, bereft sexual potency and perennial fear. Although they are highly visible but very little is known about them. The common public needs to comprehend the ravaged arrogance on these insensitive souls and assist in integrating them into the mainstream by offering equal opportunity, treat with humanity and respect their dignity. Entrepreneurship in the current age is endorsing the gender fairness movement. Unstable careers and economic inadequacy had inclined one of the gender variant people called Transgender to become entrepreneurs. These tiny budding entrepreneurs resulted in economic transition by means of employment, free from the clutches of stereotype jobs, raised standard of living and handful of financial empowerment. Besides all these inhibitions, they were able to witness a platform for skill set development that ignited them to enter into entrepreneurial domain. This paper epitomizes skill sets involved in trans-entrepreneurs of Thoothukudi Municipal Corporation of Tamil Nadu State and is a groundbreaking determination to sightsee various skills incorporated and the impact on entrepreneurship.

Living in 21st century in itself reminds all of us the necessity of police and its administration. As more and more we are entering into the modern society and culture, the more we require the services of the so called ‘Khaki Worthy’ men i.e., the police personnel. Whether we talk of Indian police or the other nation’s police, they all have the same recognition as they have in India. But as already mentioned, their services and requirements are different after the like 26th November, 2008 incidents, where they without saving their own lives has sacrificed themselves without any hitch and without caring about their respective family members and wards. In other words, they are like our heroes and mentors who can guide us from the darkness of fear, militancy, corruption and other dark sides of life and so on. Now the question arises, if Gandhi would have been alive today, what would have been his reaction/opinion to the police and its functioning? Would he have some thing different in his mind now what he had been in his mind before the partition or would he be going to start some Satyagraha in the form of some improvement in the functioning of the police administration? Really these questions or rather night mares can come to any one’s mind, when there is too much confusion is prevailing in our minds, when there is too much corruption in the society and when the polices working is also in the questioning because of one or the other case throughout the India. It is matter of great concern that we have to thing over our administration and our practical approach because the police personals are also like us, they are part and parcel of our society and among one of us, so why we all are pin pointing towards them.

Banking regulations act of India, 1949 defines banking as “acceptance of deposits for the purpose of lending or investment from the public, repayment on demand or otherwise and withdrawable through cheques, drafts order or otherwise”, the major participants of the Indian financial system are commercial banks, the financial institution encompassing term lending institutions. Investments institutions, specialized financial institution and the state level development banks, non banking financial companies (NBFC) and other market intermediaries such has the stock brokers and money lenders are among the oldest of the certain variants of NBFC and the oldest market participants. The asset quality of banks is one of the most important indicators of their financial health. The Indian banking sector has been facing severe problems of increasing Non- Performing Assets (NPAs). The NPAs growth directly and indirectly affects the quality of assets and profitability of banks. It also shows the efficiency of banks credit risk management and the recovery effectiveness. NPA do not generate any income, whereas, the bank is required to make provisions for such as assets that why is a double edge weapon. This paper outlines the concept of quality of bank loans of different types like Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of selected public and private sector banks. This study is highlighting problems associated with the role of commercial bank in financing Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SME). The overall objective of the research was to assess the effect of the financing provisions existing for the setting up and operations of MSMEs in the country and to generate recommendations for more robust financing mechanisms for successful operation of the MSMEs, in turn understanding the impact of MSME loans on financial institutions due to NPA. There are many research conducted on the topic of Non- Performing Assets (NPA) Management, concerning particular bank, comparative study of public and private banks etc. In this paper the researcher is considering the aggregate data of selected public sector and private sector banks and attempts to compare the NPA of Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of public and private sector banks. The tools used in the study are average and Anova test and variance. The findings reveal that NPA is common problem for both public and private sector banks and is associated with all types of loans either that is housing loans, agriculture loans and loans to SMES. NPAs of both public and private sector banks show the increasing trend. In 2010-11 GNPA of public and private sector were at same level it was 2% but after 2010-11 it increased in many fold and at present there is GNPA in some more than 15%. It shows the dark area of Indian banking sector.

Whether it be the need to look after the welfare of the farmers or invest in rural infrastructure, Governments have to ensure that rural development isn’t compromised. The economic development of our country largely depends on the progress of rural areas and the standard of living of rural masses. Village or rural industries play an important role in the national economy, particularly in the rural development. Rural entrepreneurship is based on stimulating local entrepreneurial talent and the subsequent growth of indigenous enterprises. It recognizes opportunity in the rural areas and accelerates a unique blend of resources either inside or outside of agriculture. Rural entrepreneurship brings an economic value to the rural sector by creating new methods of production, new markets, new products and generate employment opportunities thereby ensuring continuous rural development. Social Entrepreneurship has the direct and primary objective of serving the society along with the earning profits. So, social entrepreneurship is different from the economic entrepreneurship as its basic objective is not to earn profits but for providing innovative solutions to meet the society needs which are not taken care by majority of the entrepreneurs as they are in the business for profit making as a sole objective. So, the Social Entrepreneurs have the huge growth potential particularly in the developing countries like India where we have huge societal disparities in terms of the financial positions of the population. Still 22 percent of the Indian population is below the poverty line and also there is disparity among the rural & urban population in terms of families living under BPL. 25.7 percent of the rural population & 13.7 percent of the urban population is under BPL which clearly shows the disparity of the poor people in the rural and urban areas. The need to develop social entrepreneurship in agriculture is dictated by a large number of social problems. Such problems include low living standards, unemployment, and social tension. The reasons that led to the emergence of the practice of social entrepreneurship are the above factors. The research problem lays upon disclosing the importance of role of social entrepreneurship in rural development of India. The paper the tendencies of social entrepreneurship in India, to present successful examples of such business for providing recommendations how to improve situation in rural areas in terms of social entrepreneurship development. Indian government has made some steps towards development of social enterprises, social entrepreneurship, and social in- novation, but a lot remains to be improved.
OPTIMAL RECONFIGURATION OF POWER DISTRIBUTION RADIAL NETWORK USING HYBRID MET...IAEME Publication
Distribution system is a critical link between the electric power distributor and the consumers. Most of the distribution networks commonly used by the electric utility is the radial distribution network. However in this type of network, it has technical issues such as enormous power losses which affect the quality of the supply. Nowadays, the introduction of Distributed Generation (DG) units in the system help improve and support the voltage profile of the network as well as the performance of the system components through power loss mitigation. In this study network reconfiguration was done using two meta-heuristic algorithms Particle Swarm Optimization and Gravitational Search Algorithm (PSO-GSA) to enhance power quality and voltage profile in the system when simultaneously applied with the DG units. Backward/Forward Sweep Method was used in the load flow analysis and simulated using the MATLAB program. Five cases were considered in the Reconfiguration based on the contribution of DG units. The proposed method was tested using IEEE 33 bus system. Based on the results, there was a voltage profile improvement in the system from 0.9038 p.u. to 0.9594 p.u.. The integration of DG in the network also reduced power losses from 210.98 kW to 69.3963 kW. Simulated results are drawn to show the performance of each case.

Manufacturing industries have witnessed an outburst in productivity. For productivity improvement manufacturing industries are taking various initiatives by using lean tools and techniques. However, in different manufacturing industries, frugal approach is applied in product design and services as a tool for improvement. Frugal approach contributed to prove less is more and seems indirectly contributing to improve productivity. Hence, there is need to understand status of frugal approach application in manufacturing industries. All manufacturing industries are trying hard and putting continuous efforts for competitive existence. For productivity improvements, manufacturing industries are coming up with different effective and efficient solutions in manufacturing processes and operations. To overcome current challenges, manufacturing industries have started using frugal approach in product design and services. For this study, methodology adopted with both primary and secondary sources of data. For primary source interview and observation technique is used and for secondary source review has done based on available literatures in website, printed magazines, manual etc. An attempt has made for understanding application of frugal approach with the study of manufacturing industry project. Manufacturing industry selected for this project study is Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. This paper will help researcher to find the connections between the two concepts productivity improvement and frugal approach. This paper will help to understand significance of frugal approach for productivity improvement in manufacturing industry. This will also help to understand current scenario of frugal approach in manufacturing industry. In manufacturing industries various process are involved to deliver the final product. In the process of converting input in to output through manufacturing process productivity plays very critical role. Hence this study will help to evolve status of frugal approach in productivity improvement programme. The notion of frugal can be viewed as an approach towards productivity improvement in manufacturing industries.
A MULTIPLE – CHANNEL QUEUING MODELS ON FUZZY ENVIRONMENTIAEME Publication
In this paper, we investigated a queuing model of fuzzy environment-based a multiple channel queuing model (M/M/C) ( /FCFS) and study its performance under realistic conditions. It applies a nonagonal fuzzy number to analyse the relevant performance of a multiple channel queuing model (M/M/C) ( /FCFS). Based on the sub interval average ranking method for nonagonal fuzzy number, we convert fuzzy number to crisp one. Numerical results reveal that the efficiency of this method. Intuitively, the fuzzy environment adapts well to a multiple channel queuing models (M/M/C) ( /FCFS) are very well.

Search and Society: Reimagining Information Access for Radical FuturesBhaskar Mitra
The field of Information retrieval (IR) is currently undergoing a transformative shift, at least partly due to the emerging applications of generative AI to information access. In this talk, we will deliberate on the sociotechnical implications of generative AI for information access. We will argue that there is both a critical necessity and an exciting opportunity for the IR community to re-center our research agendas on societal needs while dismantling the artificial separation between the work on fairness, accountability, transparency, and ethics in IR and the rest of IR research. Instead of adopting a reactionary strategy of trying to mitigate potential social harms from emerging technologies, the community should aim to proactively set the research agenda for the kinds of systems we should build inspired by diverse explicitly stated sociotechnical imaginaries. The sociotechnical imaginaries that underpin the design and development of information access technologies needs to be explicitly articulated, and we need to develop theories of change in context of these diverse perspectives. Our guiding future imaginaries must be informed by other academic fields, such as democratic theory and critical theory, and should be co-developed with social science scholars, legal scholars, civil rights and social justice activists, and artists, among others.
"Impact of front-end architecture on development cost", Viktor TurskyiFwdays
I have heard many times that architecture is not important for the front-end. Also, many times I have seen how developers implement features on the front-end just following the standard rules for a framework and think that this is enough to successfully launch the project, and then the project fails. How to prevent this and what approach to choose? I have launched dozens of complex projects and during the talk we will analyze which approaches have worked for me and which have not.

Neuro-symbolic is not enough, we need neuro-*semantic*Frank van Harmelen
Neuro-symbolic (NeSy) AI is on the rise. However, simply machine learning on just any symbolic structure is not sufficient to really harvest the gains of NeSy. These will only be gained when the symbolic structures have an actual semantics. I give an operational definition of semantics as “predictable inference”.
All of this illustrated with link prediction over knowledge graphs, but the argument is general.

The public key algorithm model is composed of the following three parts, which are Key
generation, Embed process, De-embed process, as follow:
3.1. Key Generation
This public key model uses two kinds of keys, a public key, and a private key. The keys are
decided by the de-embedor.
• Alice (receiver), in order to generate the keys, does the following steps:
Step 1: Generates a large integer S.
Step 2: Selects a random number X[−1,1] and computes Ts(X).
Step 3: Alice sets her public key to (X,Ts(X)) and her private key to S.

11. 4.2. Mean Square Error (MSE)
The MSE represents the cumulative squared error between the stego-image and the cover
image, the lower the value of MSE, the lower the error. The block calculates the mean-squared error
using the following Equation (2) [18] [19]:
(2)
Where Xij: The intensity value of the pixel in the cover image, X ij: The intensity value of the pixel in
the stego image, M*N: Size of an Image. The MSE value is shown in (Table 1) and (Fig. 5).
14. 59
4.4. Root Mean Square Error (RMSE)
Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) is calculated by getting the square root of the mean square
error (MSE)(MSE)which measures the average sum of thesaurus in each pixel of the stego-image.
The RMSE can be calculated as following in Equation (4) [23].
(4)
A low value of RMSE means a lower distortion in the stego-image [24].The RMSE value is
shown in (Table 3).
TABLE 3: Comparison of RMSE values for various Embedding Algorithms
Cover Image Public key model J-Stego F5
Lena 0.3388 1.2016 1.1419
Boat 0.3354 1.1620 1.1529
According to the experimental results in (Table 1, 2, 3), we can conclude that our public key
model a high value for PSNR and a low value for MSE, and RMSE, which make it a great approach.
