 Generating enquiries, drafting quotes and follow up for orders with the clients.
 Order and Sales forecast to the management.
 Monitoring the Weekly/Monthly customer wise order flow, product mix and reporting to the
management, if any keen dip in order flow.
 Planning of shipments based on the order requirement and committed delivery dates.
 Reports Analysis- OTD performance, Customer satisfactions, and raw material price trends.
