Oliver Ingham is creating a magazine cover and double page spread about three deceased artists: Lil Peep, XXXTentacion, and NF. For the cover, Oliver will use Photoshop to edit images from Google Images alongside the colors pink, blue, black, and white to represent each artist. Lil Peep and XXXTentacion will be the main focus in the center, while NF will be in a smaller image in the corner. For the double page spread, Oliver will compare Lil Peep and XXXTentacion across one page each using pink/white and black/blue color schemes respectively. 2. Front Cover Process
• For my front cover I will be using Adobe Photoshop to edit the whole cover. I
will be using images used from Google Images as I personally can not take any
pictures myself as two of the three artists are dead and the other one I have
not met and do not live in the same country in. I will be taking inspiration on
how to lay out my front cover from other examples of magazine’s.
• For the front of my cover, I will use four colours, White, Black, Blue, Pink. The
pink is a theme colour dedicated to the artist, Lil Peep. Blue for XXXtentaction.
Black for NF. White is going to be used as a neutral colour to help blend and
cut up the bold colours that have been dedicated to the artists.
• For the concept, I will put Lil Peep and XXXtentacion will be the main focus
and in the centre as for the whole article and magazine that I am doing, they
are the main focus. A picture of NF will be within one of the corners of the
cover and it will be a smaller image compared to the pictures of Lil Peep and
XXXtentaction as although NF will have an article done on himself, it will be
smaller than the article on Lil Peep and XXXtentaction.

3. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
• I will include pretty much everything used within
my experiment as I really like the outcome of the
cover and will only tweak it slightly just to make it
look more professional and clean it up as some
details can look better. I am thinking of using
some colour themed paint splatters to help make
the cover appeal more and look less perfect as it
would suit the style of the artists more.

4. Double Page Process
• For my double page spread, I am going to be talking about two artists who
are similar in what they did, I will be doing one page on each artist but at
the same time, comparing them and showing what they did during their
life.
• I will start the article with Lil Peep (the left page), which will have the
colour schemes of white and pink, the writing will be in black. The
background will mainly be white but with accents of pink showing
throughout the page.
• For the XXXtentaction section (the right page), the colour scheme will be
black and blue to represent the artist, for the writing will be in white as
the background will be black but with hints and accents of blue.
• For the page that will have the article of NF ( a separate page after the
double spread), will be all black with the writing being in silver.
• All articles are going to have pictures of the artists corresponding to their
articles.

5. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you include in
your final product?
• I will use everything I have used in my experiments in
my final product as I like how they look and sound, I
believe they will all work and using colours
corresponding to the artists that the articles are about
is a brilliant idea that will help make the articles and
the magazine pop and look better compared to a bland
white background and black text. This will all help give
my project more personality and stand out compared
to others. This will also hopefully appeal to people and
help grab an audience for my magazine.
