Oliver is planning a podcast around Christmas time and is trying to coordinate a recording date and time with potential participants. He identified 6 potential participants and messaged them about their availability from December 27-30. Based on their responses, Oliver decided the best dates were December 29th or 30th from 7-9pm. He confirmed with Evan, AP, AJ, Keean, and Lofty that they could participate on the 29th, with the 30th as a backup date.
