This document provides instructions for fulfillment partners of Clues Network Pvt. Ltd. on how to process and fulfill orders. It explains that fulfillment partners will see a list of products to fulfill under the "Products to Fulfill" tab. They are to enter the quantity they can fulfill for each product, and select a reason if they cannot fulfill the full quantity. Then they click "Proceed to Fulfill Orders" and select a shipping label download preference, either product-wise or carrier-wise. The labels will then be downloaded and orders packaged and shipped accordingly.

• In the Product list that appears
• Enter the quantity against the products you can fulfil. This should be less than or
equal to required quantity. Also check the HSN Code for the product is correct.
(You can edit and correct this using the pencil button on the right. HSN Code is
required for GST calculation)
• If the Entered Qty. is less than the Required Qty, reason for not fulfilling the
Required Qty will be asked. Please select the Desired Reason for not fulfilling the
Required Qty. From the dropdown list
• After you have entered the Qty. of the products Click on “Proceed to Fulfill the
Orders”.

• After Clicking on “Proceed to Fulfill the Orders” a pop up will ask you to select the
Shipping Label Download Preference (Your selection will become the default option
after first time. You may change it when required by Clicking on the “Change
Shipping Label Preference” before clicking “proceed to fulfil orders”.
• Two Preference are mentioned below
Process to Create Shipping Label
Download Shipping Label Product wise
• Shipping Label of all Combo orders will
come first
• Then the Products having maximum count
first and so on.
• Within product, sorting is on the basis of
Carrier/ Courier Partner.
Download Shipping Label Carrier wise
• Shipping Label will come Carrier wise with
Carrier having maximum count first and so
on.
• Within Carrier, Shipping Label of the Combo
orders will occur first followed by Product
wise with the Product having maximum
count first and so on.
To identify Combo Orders, there is a Caption on the Shipping Label Combo Order.
