Understanding Net Payout
Components of Billing Invoice

Net Payout Report
Net Payout Report will be downloaded in Excel File and will consist of the following
report
1. Payment Transaction Summary
2. Order level details Report
3. Packing level details Reports
4. Adjustments and Services Order reports

Login to ShopClues
Store Manager
Click on the
Payments Tab
Select Net Payout Report
from the drop down menu

All Payout: Billing cycle summary data for
all the Orders billed till Date
Incentive: Billing cycle summary details for
all the Orders where you have received
incentive
Search Tab filters can be used to see payout
via Order ID, Product Id or Manifest Id

The Net Payout Report gives the status and details of Total Payout Billing cycle wise. Click on ‘Show
Details’ to see the invoice for the services charged by Shopclues for the specified payment cycle
Net Payout shows the final amount merchant
is going to receive against billing cycle

SC Service fee Summary gives
all the selling fee, fulfilment fee
and packing fee charged by
Shopclues for Selected date
range from calendar
Download -For selected date
range from calendar
download all the deduction
and payment against billing,
Packing, Adjustments and
Service Level Data in excel

Net Payout Reports: Data Download
1. An Excel Sheet will be downloaded which will have all the details of your order level data (Selling fee fulfillment and other
components ) for selected date
2. This is Sample of Order Level Report, it contains Gross Payout, Packing Data, Adjustments and Service level Orders in different Tabs

• Download Order wise

the billing cycle

Gross Payout shows Gross Payout against all the
orders which are billed in this billing cycle
Packing fee shows sum of Packing fee charged against
all the Orders
(applicable only to Premium Merchants)
Adjustments tab shows adjustments against any
disputed Orders
Services shows amount for the Services purchased by
you
Outstanding Balance Settled shows any outstanding
payment settled

Order Level Data : Gross Payout
Net payout against Order is a final amount you get against Orders after deduction of Shopclues Service fee
(Like selling fee & fulfillment fee and other.)
Tax Invoices provide Commission
invoices for all the Orders billed in
that billing cycle
Credit note gives reversal done
against all Invoices
You can fetch order level data and
deduction for billing cycle
in excel from Download

Order Level Data : Gross Payout (Show Details)
Clicking on Show Details you also get payout break-up against all the order which includes Selling price,
Shipping cost, selling fee, fulfillment fee, Merchant discounts and Total Payout.

Tax invoice is a commercial document issued weekly by Shopclues. Tax Invoice includes services charged like
Selling Fee, Fulfillment Fee along with the breakup of GST charged

Credit Note is a commercial document issued by Shopclues, in case Commission and Fulfillment charges are
deducted against any orders and are reversed to the merchant by Shopclues
