the self protection tools that can
prevent the body from exposure to air
and dust pollution. The use of masks

primary disease from various
diseases that are spread through
particles in the air.

8. EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT HAND
HYGIENE AND ALCOHOL-BASED HAND SANITIZER:
• Alcohol-based hand sanitizer kills most
of the bad germs that make you sick
and is the preferred way to clean your
hands in healthcare settings.
• Alcohol-based hand sanitizer does not
kill C. difficile, a common healthcare-
associated infection that causes severe
diarrhea. Patients with C. difficile
should wash their hands with soap and
water and make sure their healthcare
providers always wear gloves when
caring for them.

viruses. The name N95 comes

substances. This makes the N95
mask often considered as more
extra protection.

opinions about which type of mask

Judging from how it works, mask

coronavirus because it is more

The urgency of using N95
masks for the public only
increases in certain situations
such as the appearance of
haze. Its use is also not
recommended for too long
because it will make you have

• Wash your hands with soap and
water several times a day, also
make sure to clean the area
between the fingers. If not
available, use a hand sanitizer
with a minimum alcohol content of
60 percent.
