Evaluation Question 3

5. I decided to take my audience feedback further and made a Google Forms
questionnaire. This was a really quick and easy software whilst also being able
to present different answer types for my question; e.g. paragraph lines, tick
boxes etc. As well as inserting my music video, digipak and poster within it,
which then helped people that hadn’t seen my work or needed another look
in order to answer the questions easier. When looking at responses I decided
to stick the tables, pie charts and bar graphs in rather than each individual
questionnaire as I felt this showed a variety of different formatted answers
and also is more interesting to look at. I also felt within the book style of
presentation I have used this layout of responses as I thought it worked really
well. Looking overall at my questionnaire responses, I felt that it was positive
and the feedback came back exactly how I wanted it to and felt that the
audience received the message I was trying to achieve throughout my whole
production process. Overall I am really happy with my responses of the
questionnaire and how it is displayed.

11. Once we had our final edits of our music video done the class watched each video again as
part of a speed dating task, within this they watched every music video and wrote down on
a table 3 things: one thing they liked, one thing they would change if it was them and one
word they would use to describe the video. I then decided I would write the classes
comments in speech bubbles with their name written next to it, I did this for both the
improvements and what they liked. I felt through this display in this way I could see the
comments more clearly and also with my use of colour I have presented it well. Tying this in
with the questionnaire I feel I have a wide range of responses from a wider range of people.
I also think it is important to have my own classes feedback as they have made their own
one, so know exactly what its all about.
With the ‘one word to describe my music video’, I decided to use a software called ‘wordle’,
this was the first time I used the app and thought it was really good. Going along with my
colourful hand made way of presenting Evaluation Question 3. I think it presents all my
positive words really well, as well as it being easy to use. I feel it rounds up my feedback
nicely.
