Narayan Murthy is an Indian business leader who co-founded Infosys. As CEO for 21 years, he helped build Infosys into a globally respected company through his vision of ethical business practices and focus on employees. He led with a participative style, involving employees in decisions. Murthy believes in the power of education to drive innovation and sees a need to reform India's education system to focus less on rote learning and more on creativity.
