ProZorro is Ukraine's eProcurement system that aims to increase transparency, competition, and professionalization in public procurement. It has expanded beyond an eProcurement tool to manage the larger procurement ecosystem, including authorities, suppliers, oversight bodies, and other stakeholders. ProZorro's strategy focuses on continued legal and technical improvements, expanding data and analytics use, training controlling bodies, and increasing supplier and citizen support. The system also aims to promote competition through free business trainings, advertising campaigns, and centralized procurement bodies. ProZorro helps develop professional skills through education programs, online courses, and an MBA-type program. Its global goals include further EU harmonization, assisting other countries' eProcurement implementation, and participation
