The high demand for renewing policies on Lifelong Learning and tackling skills
mismatch:
“The success of both the digital and green transitions depends on workers
with the right skills. The COVID-19 pandemic further accelerated the need
for reskilling and upskilling of workforce to adapt to the changing labour
market and meet demand in different sectors”
• Few people take part in the learning process
• Financial barriers (lack of resources)
• Need for activating skills demand (lack of awareness about self learning
needs or learning and other job opportunities)
Digital skills are transversal and necessary now but will be crucial in the
next future: how to cope with adult mismatch beyond initial education and
training offerings?
How to embed strategic learning provision in a systematic continuous
education plan of the workforce?
MyLearning.anpal.gov.it
Mylearningoperatori.anpal.gov.it
As project partner, Anpal is equidpped and manages 2 web platforms for remote
training!
Both platforms are accessible to citizens and operators after registering with an
electronic identity national system (SPID) on MyANPAL.
MyLerning.anpal.gov.it: dedicated to all citizens, built with
168.000 citizens registered and used the platform so far

More than 8.000 operators are registered all across the country
Active Labour Policies National project aimed to:
strengthen workers skills
Courses are offered on a regional basis and are dedicated to:
Proposal for a COUNCIL RECOMMENDATION on a European approach to micro-
credentials for lifelong learning and employability{SWD(2021) 367 final}
Recognizing the value of pilot initiatives so far carried out also at ANPAL and benefiting of
the debate among the EMC consortium to further explore pathways aimed at structuring and
offering “upskilling” and “reskilling” microcredentials for the labour market integrated within
active labour market policies:
✓ to address skills mismatch
✓ to support recognition of training opportunities
✓ to promote social inclusion of lower skilled workers and vulnerable groups
✓ to support digital transition in the labour market at all level assuring a good quality of
training provided.

  • 2. The high demand for renewing policies on Lifelong Learning and tackling skills mismatch: “The success of both the digital and green transitions depends on workers with the right skills. The COVID-19 pandemic further accelerated the need for reskilling and upskilling of workforce to adapt to the changing labour market and meet demand in different sectors” • Few people take part in the learning process • Financial barriers (lack of resources) • Need for activating skills demand (lack of awareness about self learning needs or learning and other job opportunities)
  • 3. Digital skills are transversal and necessary now but will be crucial in the next future: how to cope with adult mismatch beyond initial education and training offerings? How to embed strategic learning provision in a systematic continuous education plan of the workforce?
  • 4. MyLearning.anpal.gov.it Mylearningoperatori.anpal.gov.it As project partner, Anpal is equidpped and manages 2 web platforms for remote training! Both platforms are accessible to citizens and operators after registering with an electronic identity national system (SPID) on MyANPAL.
  • 5. MyLerning.anpal.gov.it: dedicated to all citizens, built with 168.000 citizens registered and used the platform so far Labour Policies 6 courses Digital Skills 10 courses Corporate Welfare 6 courses 3 macro categories of learning provisions currently available in the portal and offered for free
  • 6. Mylearningoperatori.anpal.gov.it: dedicated to operators of employment centers, also built with More than 8.000 operators are registered all across the country Active Labour Policies National project aimed to: strengthen workers skills Courses are offered on a regional basis and are dedicated to:
  • 7. Proposal for a COUNCIL RECOMMENDATION on a European approach to micro- credentials for lifelong learning and employability{SWD(2021) 367 final} Recognizing the value of pilot initiatives so far carried out also at ANPAL and benefiting of the debate among the EMC consortium to further explore pathways aimed at structuring and offering “upskilling” and “reskilling” microcredentials for the labour market integrated within active labour market policies: ✓ to address skills mismatch ✓ to support recognition of training opportunities ✓ to promote social inclusion of lower skilled workers and vulnerable groups ✓ to support digital transition in the labour market at all level assuring a good quality of training provided.
