CBPM aims to strengthen the relationship between citizens and government by facilitating dialogue and feedback on public services, policies, and development plans to improve service delivery and outcomes. 3. The CBPM process involves citizens gathering and sharing information with each other and the government to advocate for their rights and hold the government accountable for providing quality services.
