The students organized a 5-day workshop and training session to boost the confidence of the school's attendant staff. The workshop covered basic literacy and numeracy, first aid training, health and hygiene, and a cultural performance. The vice principal praised the effort, saying it would increase the attendants' confidence. The students thanked everyone who supported their project to help the attendant staff through "Design for Change."
Inclusive in Education refers to a model wherein students with special needs spend most or all of their time with non special needs students.
It is new approach towards educating the children with disability and learning difficulties with that of normal ones with in the same roof.
The Annual Day of Sharanya Narayani International School was held on 10th March 2018. It showcased the inner talent within the students from primary to middle school. It was a much antici-pated and colossal event which cap-tured the hearts and minds of every spectator. For parents, it was a won-derful platform to witness their chil-dren performing in front of them.
Presented at CM Strategies / DITA North America 2013 in Providence RI
The slides are a little dense for my taste but I tried to make them sufficiently self-explanatory to be useful on Slideshare. During the actual presentations, my on-stage antics are intended to shift the attention off the slides although the effectiveness of this strategy is open to debate. The delivery of this particular presentation was made a little more interesting with there being a security interruption that required the evacuation of the over-crowded room. Several attendees lauded the gratuitous use of literary, historical and cultural references - running the gambit from Dante and Virgil through to Lady Gaga. Some were in fact spontaneous and maybe even unconscious.

Materials in Action - Examining the Impacts of Building Materials Think Wood
When an architect specifies a building material, that choice casts a long shadow. While most of the environmental effects from materials occur during the extraction and production phases, they continue to influence a structures' environmental footprint long afterwards, throughout the operations phase and beyond. This presentation evaluates the environmental impact of building materials wood, concrete and steel.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
