This document describes several optical sensors and monitoring stations: - The ACS and Hyperspectral Profiler are optical sensors that measure wavelengths from the UV to NIR at various sampling rates and bin sizes. - The BB9 measures scattering at nine wavelengths to characterize particles and phytoplankton. - Discrete monitoring stations measure water quality parameters like nutrients, chlorophyll, and toxins on a schedule. - Continuous monitoring sites continuously measure parameters like temperature, conductivity, chlorophyll and more to observe changes over time. - Time series data from station WE2 shows phosphate levels measured every three hours over a period in 2011. - Data from station WE4 in 2013 shows turbidity, chlorophyll
