An Analytical Survey on Prediction of Air Quality Indexijtsrd
A drastic increase of modernization gives birth to many industries and automobiles, which intern becomes the very common reason for the environmental issues like Air and water pollutions. Air pollution is the immediate affecting factors in our life, which contaminates the air that we breathe to cause serious health hazards. So it is very important to predict the Air quality index for the future coming days so that proper prompt action can be taken by the concern authorities to curb the same. The air quality reading for the different gases can be collect through the physical sensors and these readings can be used to predict the future Air quality index. Machine learning is acting as the catalyst in this prediction scenario to predict the accurate Air quality index for the future instance. Most of the learning systems need a huge amount of the data for the learning purpose and it is not possible to provide this every time. So it is a need to predict the air quality index by using considerable less amount of past instance data, This paper mainly concentrates on analyzing the past work in prediction of air quality index using machine learning and try to evaluate their flaws and to estimate the new possible way of prediction using machine learning. RASPBERRY PI BASED POLLUTION AND CLIMATE MONITORING SYSTEM USING INTERNET OF ...IAEME Publication
In recent years pollution and global warming have increased rapidly. Air and sound pollution is more in urban areas as compared to rural areas due to denser vehicular traffic and rapid industrialization. Air pollution causes long term health effects like lung cancer and heart diseases, and also it causes short term health issues such as headaches, eye infections and throat infection. Air pollution increases the temperature of the Earth’s atmosphere which results in global warming. Hence it is necessary to monitor the various climate and pollution parameters such as temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, sound, toxic content of hazardous gases, and light intensity. As we need to know the location of the data, we also normally measure the latitude and longitude of the place. In this paper, a pollution and climate monitoring system is developed which can measure the above parameters at regular intervals using appropriate sensors and uploads them on to the webpage using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The webpage is developed using HTML and PHP. Raspberry Pi3 computer is the central component used for data collection from the sensors and uploading parameters on to the webpage. Python language is used development of the software code. The uploaded pollution and climate parameters of a particular place can be viewed by logging on to the webpage from anywhere in the world.

Nowadays by seeing the present scenario AIR is the essential element to live & Air Quality Index is a tool to distinguish the benefit of air quality. There are different methods to identify AQI, based on many impurities viz. PM2.5, PM10,CO were used to compare ambient air quality. By calculating AQI we define the quality level of air to be good, moderate, and hazardous as AQI is calculated by using the reference of "The United States Environmental Protection Agency" We are using thingspeak server to fetch the data into the cloud, so anyone can access the data in their respective location. We are not only focusing on stationary measurement but also on the real time value measurement of AQI. Which helps common people to access the Air Quality Index throughout the city and help them decide to stay in a cleaner air environment? Thus the foremost idea of AQI is to inform people about their air quality so they can step to defend their health.
Pollution Monitoring System using Arduino and various gas sensorUtkarsh Jaiswal
Now-a-days air pollution is one of the most important concern of the world. Air pollution may evolve from anthropogenic or natural sources. Air pollutants of atmospheric substances like CO, CO2, SO2, NO2, and O3 suspended particulate matter (SPM), repairable suspended particulate matter (RSPM), and volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) have a great effect on the people health. Most of the major cities in developing countries and most cities of the developed countries are suffering from it. Thus to develop a real time air quality and pollution monitoring system is critical. We have developed an arduino based air pollution detector which combined a small-sized, minimum-cost sensor to an arduino micro-controller unit.
Air monitoring legislation is getting stricter. At the beginning of 2018, France made air monitoring mandatory in schools and daycares and the EU top court issued one last warning to the UK, Poland and seven other member states to respect air pollutant limits. Clearly, air monitoring is at the table now and organizations are under pressure to monitor air pollutants continuously.
In this webinar, indoor and outdoor air quality experts, Malak Rizk and Jean-Philippe Monfet provide a brief overview of the state of air quality in the US and the EU and then discuss ways to measure indoor and outdoor air pollutants and EPA recommended factors to keep in mind when choosing an air monitoring device.

Quantification of rate of air pollution by means ofIJARBEST JOURNAL
To develop efficient strategies for pollution control, it is essential to assess
both the costs of control and the benefits that may result. These benefits will often include
improvements in public health, including reductions in both morbidity and premature
mortality. Until recently, there has been little guidance about how to calculate the benefits
of air pollution controls and how to use those estimates to assign priorities to different air
pollution control strategies. In this work, a method is described for quantifying the benefits
of reduced ambient concentrations of pollutants (such as ozone and particulate matter)
typically found in urban areas worldwide. The method applies the data on Jakara, Indonesia,
an area characterized by little wind, high population density (8 million people), congested
roads, and ambient air pollution. The magnitude of the benefits of pollution control depends
on the level of air pollution, the expected effects on health of the pollutants (dose-response),
the size of the population affected, and the economic value of these effects. In the case of
Jakarta, the methodology suggests that reducing exposure to lead and nitrogen dioxide
should also be a high priority. An important consequence of ambient lead pollution is a
reduction in learning abilities for children, measured as I.Q. loss. Apart from that, reducing
the proportion of respirable particles can reduce the amount of illness and premature
mortality.

Online aptitude test management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
The purpose of on-line aptitude test system is to take online test in an efficient manner and no time wasting for checking the paper. The main objective of on-line aptitude test system is to efficiently evaluate the candidate thoroughly through a fully automated system that not only saves lot of time but also gives fast results. For students they give papers according to their convenience and time and there is no need of using extra thing like paper, pen etc. This can be used in educational institutions as well as in corporate world. Can be used anywhere any time as it is a web based application (user Location doesn’t matter). No restriction that examiner has to be present when the candidate takes the test.
Every time when lecturers/professors need to conduct examinations they have to sit down think about the questions and then create a whole new set of questions for each and every exam. In some cases the professor may want to give an open book online exam that is the student can take the exam any time anywhere, but the student might have to answer the questions in a limited time period. The professor may want to change the sequence of questions for every student. The problem that a student has is whenever a date for the exam is declared the student has to take it and there is no way he can take it at some other time. This project will create an interface for the examiner to create and store questions in a repository. It will also create an interface for the student to take examinations at his convenience and the questions and/or exams may be timed. Thereby creating an application which can be used by examiners and examinee’s simultaneously.
Examination System is very useful for Teachers/Professors. As in the teaching profession, you are responsible for writing question papers. In the conventional method, you write the question paper on paper, keep question papers separate from answers and all this information you have to keep in a locker to avoid unauthorized access. Using the Examination System you can create a question paper and everything will be written to a single exam file in encrypted format. You can set the General and Administrator password to avoid unauthorized access to your question paper. Every time you start the examination, the program shuffles all the questions and selects them randomly from the database, which reduces the chances of memorizing the questions.

Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

3. Public view for problem
Most major cities suffer from high concentrations of air pollutants at the ground level, so regulating air
pollution levels has become one of the most important tasks for governments in developing countries,
especially China.
4. Indicators of air pollutants:
• Is the sum of all solid and liquid particles suspended in the air, many of
which are dangerous. This complex mixture contains both organic and
inorganic particles such as dust and smoke, which is a major concern for
people's health when it rises in air
• PM 2.5 refers to small particles in the air that reduce vision and cause haze
when the levels rise
• و
5. The importance of the project:
• Great impact on human health and ecosystems.
• Air pollution degrades air quality and leads to many diseases, most notably
asthma
• و
6. The goal of the research:
This research aims to predict the level of air pollution with a set of data used to
make predictions through them and to obtain the best prediction using several
models and compare them and find the appropriate solution.
8. MLR:
Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) models are trained on the basis of
current measurements.
It used to predict the future concentrations of air pollutants in
accordance with meteorological variables.
Disadvantge:
Clear values and noise in data strongly affect the performance of these
regression-based algorithms.
9. FFANN-BPs:
Possesses the advantages of integrating complex nonlinear relationships between
the concentration of air pollutants and corresponding meteorological variables.
They are widely used to predict the concentration of air pollutants.
Disadvantge:
1. Its ability to generalize is weak and falls within the local micro-value.
2. Lack of choice of analytical model.
3. Consumes a lot of time
10. ELM:
It has a stronger circulation than conventional statistical methods
and ANN with maximum learning speed.
The best method:
15. In this paper, we proposed to predict the concentration of air pollutants on the basis of ELM,
where the best performance was performed on safety prediction indicators such as R2, RMSE,
etc. The present study revealed that ELM performs slightly better than simple statistical
techniques.
