2. • What are you making? (explain what you have been asked to do) I am
producing a music video, CD cover, and a teaser video for the mv. The
video will be filmed from a first person perspective.
• Why? (What is the purpose of making your Film) Due to covid-19 and
lockdown, we haven’t been able to leave the house much in the past year.
My idea behind the video is to create a sense of freedom, joy, happiness
etc. A day at by the coast is a fun trip that everyone loves so my video will
be set in this location to help me achieve my goal.
• Who is it for? (Audience) This video is for anyone who has felt the effect of
not being free due to the covid lockdowns. This is because the video will
bring back those free and fun feelings that have been lost in many.
• Where will it appear/on what? (How will audience see it) The music video
will be uploaded onto YouTube along with the teaser video.

3. Equipment List
To film the footage for my video I will be using my iPhone attached to a head mount. I
will be using these as this will allow me to get the first person perspective footage that
I want.
I will be using the adobe premiere pro software to put together and edit my music
video and I will be using the adobe photoshop software to create my CD cover.

4. All Production Resources
To film the video I will be using an iPhone along with a head mount. My iPhone will give me
the good quality footage that I need without a heavy camera and the head mount will allow
me to get the first person perspective footage that I want.
I plan on having 3 locations throughout the video, those being my house, car, and the coast.
In my house I may film in a bedroom, kitchen, hallway, stairs. In the car I will film some of the
Journey. At the coast I will film in the arcades, on the beach, walking around, getting food.
Depending on the weather, the outfit for the friend figure will be bright and summery to fit the
Vibes of the rest of the video. For props I will need a bucket and spade for sandcastles, coins
and coin bucket for the arcades, candyfloss, donuts and other common seaside foods.

5. Personnel
I will have my parents helping me with the filming for this project. They
can give me access to the main locations by driving me there. They can
also help with the filming as I will most likely be the performer in the
video, one of them can have the head mount on for the camera. I will
need to organise a date and time where they are not working in order for
this to be possible. I will be the main performer in this video instead of the
person with the head mount because I want to have a friend figure in the
video.

video. This is so I can fully get across the feelings of being free and having fun through

places the viewer as the person in the video.

20. Production
Schedule
I plan on filming for around 3 hours. I believe this
will give me enough time to collect all my footage
and film some extra clips in case other clips don’t
come out how I want. I gave myself 5 hours for
editing so I can get the video just how I want to
without rushing it. I aim to spend a maximum of
2 hours creating my CD cover as I believe this will
be a quick task to complete.
