Water cooling is widely used in many industrial processes to control heat removal from a hot material surface.
In order to control the temperature distributions, a deeper understanding more accurate estimation of spray heat
transfer rates is needed. In a new technique combining experiment and computational modeling developed for
water cooling. It is better to understand the heat transfer mechanisms from the combustion gases to the cooling
water and then from the cooling water to the environment. To meet this need a logic tree is developed to provide
guidance on how to balance and identify problems within cooling system and schedule appropriate maintenance.
Fluid dynamics, Thermodynamics and Heat transfer are involved in developing a cooling system model and the
operation is familiar to the general operating companies. There will be the comparison and parametric
investigation of the cooling system model in the logic tree and the results are summarized as tables and charts.
The objective is to identify the several ways of improving efficiency of cooling tower. In this study we are doing
the comparison ofsome calculations regarding the cooling tower.

This paper describes a speed control device for generating electrical energy on an electricity network based on the doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) used for wind power conversion systems. At first, a double-fed induction generator model was constructed. A control law is formulated to govern the flow of energy between the stator of a DFIG and the energy network using three types of controllers: proportional integral (PI), sliding mode controller (SMC) and second order sliding mode controller (SOSMC). Their different results in terms of power reference tracking, reaction to unexpected speed fluctuations, sensitivity to perturbations, and resilience against machine parameter alterations are compared. MATLAB/Simulink was used to conduct the simulations for the preceding study. Multiple simulations have shown very satisfying results, and the investigations demonstrate the efficacy and power-enhancing capabilities of the suggested control system.

- 4. CONCEPT The heat transfer takes place from low temperature to high temperature that is copper coil absorb the heat from air and given to the refrigerant which is flowing in the coil .After that the heated refrigerant collected in the Cooling Chamber and recalculated in the coil. 4
- 5. METHODS AND MATERIALS Essentially what we’ll be doing is using the power of evaporative cooling and a fan to bring down the temperature in your room. In this case we’ll be using ice water stored in a cooler that will then cycle through a copper loop in front of a box fan. 5
- 6. COPPER TUBES It has properties such as, best cooling and warm bending, corrosion resistance, excellent heat conductivity, good thermal conductivity, which you can find in copper. Some of its special characteristics include high thermal conductivity (about 8 times more than Aluminium tube), light weight, strength and durability. 6
- 7. FAN A mechanical fan is a machine used to create flow within a fluid, typically a gas such as air. The fan consists of a rotating arrangement of vanes or blades which act on the fluid. The rotating assembly of blades and hub is known as an impeller, a rotor, or a runner. Usually, it is contained within some form of housing or case. This may direct the airflow or increase safety by preventing objects from contacting the fan blades. 7
- 8. VINYL TUBEFlexi-Corr is a lightweight corrugated vinyl tubing that is highly flexible. Even at low temperatures, it will bend without kinking. Manufactured from durable Ethyl Vinyl Acetate (EVA), our suction hose contains no plasticizers and is resistant to corrosion, aging, ozone and ultraviolet light.
