Team building for a client from the Manufacturing Industry
By restructuring the
communication process
in a particular
department the time
gap for attending to a
job was reduced by
70%.
A root cause analysis of
repetitive failure was
conducted and an update of
the same was flagged to the
concerned people. This
helped 70% improvement
in one plant. It also
eliminated the problem in
another plant
One of the plants for the
first time in 12 years
showed profits
The reason for that was
simple. The participants
found that the
programme met 92% of
their needs and learning!
Developing Team Managers (M-O-M) for an IT major
The client company had
recently introduced a
measure, that the teams
must address and solve high
priority cases in less than
15 hours.
This was strongly resisted by
the Team Managers and
their teams. However, a
marked improvement was
seen in the acceptance and
implementation matrix in
the 3 months post the
intervention.
A target of 17 crore in
savings was decided for
the project. The team
handling this project went
on achieve a saving of
1.80 Crore in each month
post the intervention!
Developing a leadership pipeline via WLDP for a Chemicals Company
In the first 2 months of the
intervention, one of the
plants posted a profit of 1.80
Crore! The plant also reported
an increase in their production.
These were attributed to
the intervention’s impact on
the participant’s attitude
change which was now more
accountable and ownership
oriented
Further, the same plant
mentioned that their target
given by the head firm was
to increase their
contributions from 10% to
22% for the year ahead.
The team recorded an
increase to 19% even
before the end of the 8
month long intervention!

The potential development process conducted by
Pragati Leadership was a carefully planned and immaculately
executed two days, which gave detailed behavioural and business
insights to the candidates. It was a journey of self discovery for each

  • 17. Team building for a client from the Manufacturing Industry By restructuring the communication process in a particular department the time gap for attending to a job was reduced by 70%. A root cause analysis of repetitive failure was conducted and an update of the same was flagged to the concerned people. This helped 70% improvement in one plant. It also eliminated the problem in another plant One of the plants for the first time in 12 years showed profits
  • 18. The reason for that was simple. The participants found that the programme met 92% of their needs and learning! Developing Team Managers (M-O-M) for an IT major The client company had recently introduced a measure, that the teams must address and solve high priority cases in less than 15 hours. This was strongly resisted by the Team Managers and their teams. However, a marked improvement was seen in the acceptance and implementation matrix in the 3 months post the intervention.
  • 19. A target of 17 crore in savings was decided for the project. The team handling this project went on achieve a saving of 1.80 Crore in each month post the intervention! Developing a leadership pipeline via WLDP for a Chemicals Company In the first 2 months of the intervention, one of the plants posted a profit of 1.80 Crore! The plant also reported an increase in their production. These were attributed to the intervention’s impact on the participant’s attitude change which was now more accountable and ownership oriented Further, the same plant mentioned that their target given by the head firm was to increase their contributions from 10% to 22% for the year ahead. The team recorded an increase to 19% even before the end of the 8 month long intervention!
