After helping people set specific and measurable
goals, LMI helps them identify changes in behavior

changes and the techniques required to make
them are put into a Plan of Action. Participants
begin immediately working on their Plan of Action

(EPP)
LMI’s Effective Personal Productivity will help people:
• Evaluate their attitude and make productive
behavioral changes
• Increase productivity through controlling priorities
• Communicate more effectively
• Become a team player
• Set goals and achieve results
Effective Personal Productivity (EPP)
The Facilitation Process:
• The average group facilitated by our certified
licensees consists of about 15 participants meeting
once a week for half a day, for 8 sessions.
• The first step is a pre-course conference between
facilitator, participant and corporate decision makers
about the measurable corporate and personal goals
to be attained from the program
Effective Personal Productivity (EPP)
• This is followed by a kick-off session that gives an
overview, principles, process, and methodology of
the program. The program material is handed
over to participants. This includes a “kit”
comprising the following:
• A comprehensive written program manual with
Plan of Action exercises, a Personal Leadership
Workbook, Important-imperative cards, life
balance workbook, Audio CD’s etc.
• Sessions are half day ,each successive week
Effective Personal Productivity (EPP)
• Sessions 2, 3, 4 comprise modules on Productivity,
Time Management , Goal Setting and Motivation.
• Mid Term Evaluation is done
• Sessions 5, 6, 7 comprise modules on
Communications, Team Building, Delegation and
Empowerment. At the Final Evaluation Session
participants share their achievements and
certificates handed over.
Effective Personal Productivity (EPP)
• Lead self - attain personal mastery through the
EPP, (for higher leadership levels we have
other programs on strategic leadership)
• The lead time required for importing of
material and scheduling of sessions is 3-6
weeks
• A Modified version of delivery of the EPP can
be done in special cases after mutual
consultations.

Effective Personal Productivity (EPP) The Facilitation Process: • The average group facilitated by our certified licensees consists of about 15 participants meeting once a week for half a day, for 8 sessions. • The first step is a pre-course conference between facilitator, participant and corporate decision makers about the measurable corporate and personal goals to be attained from the program

The program material is handed over to participants. This includes a “kit” comprising the following: • A comprehensive written program manual with Plan of Action exercises, a Personal Leadership Workbook, Important-imperative cards, life balance workbook, Audio CD’s etc. • Sessions are half day ,each successive week
