validated by Finance.

1. Total 26 employees trained in Six Sigma in year 2010(21 Yellow belts, 4 Green belts & 1 Black Belt).
2. Completed 14 Six Sigma Projects in areas like customer Servicing, Cost reduction, Sales &
Operations team productivity and Attrition in 2010. The recommendations of Green Belt and Black
Belt projects replicated in National Level.
3. Total of Rs. 2.45 Cr savings resulted out of these projects in the year 2010.
4. One project qualified for the “Project of the Year Award” in the year 2010.
