1)The backbone of this study is the
secondary data which comes from
literature .
2)Four hypothesis are developed to
see the impact of all independent
variables on the over all
organization.
3)These hypothesis came from literature
review(means previous finding) & we
proved them by literature review.
4) Result shows the(4 variables)have
positive effect on the overall
organization.
5)We also prove our hypothesis through
empirical data however results are
strongly based on the literature review.

achievement of an organizational
goals.

important factor because it increase
efficiency and effectiveness of both
employees and organization.

on various but the most important
factor is training.

performances because they have
more experience ,skills ,capabilities
etc.

  • 4. 1)The backbone of this study is the secondary data which comes from literature . 2)Four hypothesis are developed to see the impact of all independent variables on the over all organization.
