As a consolidated line item in the P&L of a company, employees form a large part of its total expenses. The
performance and productivity of these employees has a direct bearing on the company’s performance and
results. The productivity, engagement, performance and motivation levels of employees however are
influenced by the way they are led by their Managers. While Managers are entrusted with the
responsibility of getting superior results from their team or business unit, reality is that most managers
have had no formal training in what it takes to be effective and have no insight into what should they do

The methodology:
In Bullet Proof® Manager (BPM) training, our goal is to improve management skills and management
behaviour of participating Managers. We believe a crash course approach doesn’t do it. BPM is a unique
global-local video-based-live-facilitated program with leading international business coaches, authors and
speakers as video faculty. Participants attend the sessions one day in a month for 12 consecutive months.
In each month we coach them on two skills. At the end of every session participating managers develop
workplace-based action plans which they implement during the month. We have a follow-up mechanism
that fosters implementation accountability. Implementing these plans will lead to improved performance
from the Managers’ team through effective application of their refined leadership and management. These
action plans have quantitative goals through which Managers will deliver bottom line impact.
