This document summarizes an intern's presentation on identifying training needs and designing a training calendar for Mahindra Systech for the fiscal year 2010-2011. The intern conducted research including analyzing performance appraisal data and training records to identify needs. Needs were identified for different employee levels and included topics like leadership, communication, and stress management. Ten programs were approved and details were provided in a designed training calendar. Suggestions for the future included coaching, e-learning, and multimedia training videos.
