PDHPE is important for students' development as it improves their physical fitness through activities that enhance muscular strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. It also helps students develop motor skills and social skills when interacting with others. Additionally, PDHPE teaches students about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and developing responsible behaviors through physical education and health lessons.
