2. Maintain Mental Wellbeing PDHPE helps individuals maintain mental wellbeing through its support of the child as a whole person. PDHPE teaches students skills necessary for mental wellbeing throughout different life experiences.
3. Maintain Physical Wellbeing PDHPE encourages the maintenance of physical wellbeing by teaching students about the benefits of regular physical activity as well as healthy eating habits.
4. Maintain Social and Spiritual Wellbeing PDHPE promotes a healthy lifestyle in which social and spiritual wellbeing is considered essential. Students are given opportunities to enhance social and spiritual wellbeing. They are also provided with the skills needed to maintain healthy social and spiritual wellbeing as they grow up.
5. Develop Life Long Skills and Habits PDHPE helps to develop life long skills and habits such as: -Healthy eating -Regular exercise -Communication skills -Decision making skills -Interacting skills -Moving skills -Problem solving skills
