PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education) is an important part of the primary school curriculum. It promotes physical activity, encourages understanding of self and others, and teaches students to make informed decisions. Specifically, PDHPE focuses on physical, social, cognitive, and emotional growth; developing positive relationships; and factors influencing personal health choices. The goal is for students to learn healthy decision making, movement skills, and develop an appreciation for healthy living.
