Positive emotions include feelings of joy, happiness, love, and surprise. Positive emotions are beneficial as they help people make better decisions, focus attention on new opportunities, and reduce health risks. However, focusing too much on positive emotions can also have disadvantages. When people are too happy, they may jump to conclusions and disregard important details. Emphasizing happiness can also increase expectations and lead to greater disappointment when reality does not match high expectations. Pursuing happiness as a primary goal can paradoxically make people feel more lonely.

Life satisfaction is a complex term and is sometimes used interchangeably with the emotion of happiness, but they are indeed two separate concepts. Life satisfaction is defined as one’s evaluation of life as a whole, rather than the feelings and emotions that are experienced in the moment.

Lior Frenkel explains why being hooked to our Smartphones is the most interesting - yet silent - addiction of our times. Supposing the Smartphone is here to stay, he urges us to become aware of the addiction - and discuss how a digital diet should look like - a moment before technology becomes a part of our physical bodies.
This deck accompanied Kelly Baron's SXSW talk on 3/13/17. Nudge theory is about hacking human nature using subtle, context-driven interventions. We all sometimes buy into the shampoo commercial dream that our products can make us into better people, but what if that were true?
Thanks to IoT, we’re designing products that make and break our habits. We applied nudge theory to our healthcare wearable, Under Currents, to solve billions of dollars’ worth of medical errors and save lives. When common sense fails, common sensors help us be the best version of ourselves.
Join Kelly Baron, a business designer from Fjord Austin, as she talks about how to apply nudge theory theory to digital experiences.

https://bit.ly/BabeSideDoll4u Babeside is a company that specializes in creating handcrafted reborn dolls. These dolls are designed to be incredibly lifelike, with realistic skin tones and hair, and they have become increasingly popular among collectors and those who use them for therapeutic purposes. At Babeside, we believe that our reborn dolls can provide comfort and healing to anyone who needs it.
The Healing Power of Babeside's Handcrafted Creations
Our reborn dolls are more than just beautiful pieces of art - they can also help alleviate stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Studies have shown that holding or cuddling a soft object like a stuffed animal or a reborn doll can release oxytocin, which is often referred to as the "love hormone." This hormone helps us feel calm and relaxed, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.
In addition to their physical benefits, reborn dolls can also offer emotional support. For many people, having something to care for and nurture can bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Reborn dolls can also serve as a reminder of happy memories or loved ones who have passed away.
Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.
