This document provides instructions for building a portable USB charger using common electronic components. It lists the necessary components including a LM7805 voltage regulator IC, resistors, capacitor, LED, switch, USB jack, PCB, wires, and 9V battery. It explains that the LM7805 IC regulates voltage to a constant 5V and provides up to 1A of current. It also gives details on USB charging standards, noting that devices require 5V power on the Vcc and Gnd lines to charge while the D+ and D- data lines connect to 5V through 100K resistors to enable fast charging.
The MOSFET is an important element in embedded system design which is used to control the loads as per the requirement. The MOSFET is a high voltage controlling device provides some key features for circuit designers in terms of their overall performance.
This project explains a simple wireless battery charger circuit that charges your mobile when placed near the transmitter.
This circuit may be used as wireless power transfer circuit, wireless mobile charger circuit, wireless battery charger circuit, etc.
Wireless charging (also known as " Inductive charging ") uses an electromagnetic field to transfer energy between two objects.
This is usually done with a charging station.
Energy is sent through an inductive coupling to an electrical device, which can then use that energy to charge batteries or run the device.

The basic Op-amp construction is of a 3-terminal device, with 2-inputs and 1-output, (excluding power connections). • An Operational Amplifier operates from either a dual positive ( +V ) and an corresponding negative ( -V ) supply, or they can operate from a single DC supply voltage.
How to protect electronic systems against esdMohamed Saadna
Electronic systems are subjected to electrostatic discharges (ESD). PCB designers must ensure their PCB is ESD-proof by adding TVS close to the connectors exposed to ESD. This presentation is an introduction on why and how to protect electronic systems. Advanced informations on IEC61000-4-2 and ISO10605 standards are also mentioned. Finally application examples from STMicroelectronics boards are shown as examples with ESD product recommendation for interfaces commonly used around MCUs like USB, RS-232, RS-485, USB-C, microphone, speakers, SWD, JTAG, memory card, ethernet, MIPI, Display port, HDMI, PLC inputs, CAN bus, KNX, DC barrel, SIM cards, etc.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

4. LM 7805 IC (5V voltage regulator)
1) LM 7805 is a linear voltage regulator IC.
2) It can regulate a voltage to 5V DC with an input
voltage ranging from 6V to 37V approx.
3) It gives a constant current of 1A as output.
4) It is a very stable IC and is perfect for a portable
charger.
6. USB charging is currently the most universal method of
charging an electronic device. This workshop details the process of
construction of a cheap and simple portable USB charger which can
be used to charge cell phones, mp3 players, cameras, etc and almost
any device.
USB normally contains 4 lines – Vcc(+5V), Data-(D-),
Data+(D+) and Gnd(Ground) . The Vcc and the Gnd line are used to
power a device and the D- and D+ line are used to transfer data
between the host and the device.
INTRODUCTION
7. The USB is expected to maintain 5V within a
range of ± 0.5V and provide current of 100mA,
unless requested for more current. To build a USB
charger all you need to do is build a circuit that
outputs current within the USB specification.
A cell phone could only charge if the current is
1A approx. and the voltage is 5V . Therefore the data
pins on the USB are connected with 100K resistors to
the 5V supply. This tells the device that the charger is
connected and the device charges normally
otherwise the device charges slowly.
