MISSION STATEMENT
In the modern life now a day, people have to face with insolvable phenomenon including global
warming, pollution, natural disasters, etc. in order to conduct their business by expanding
company’s size, they cut down trees or forest to build towel, buildings, factories, etc.
Understanding thoroughly the problems, we decided to run a green service company. Our
business includes: planting and supporting urban green space, green for buildings, parks.
Additionally, we also support green vegetables which are transplanted by the top experts of
UniGardent and carry out the research into some new kinds of crop and vegetables.
We expect to provide for everyone a safe and fresh food which is good for health. In these days,
in the world, the number of company working in this field with the high technology is a narrow
majority. In contrast, in Vietnam , there are no company that use this kind of model to conduct
business. Therefore, we believe that we are unique.
Our target market:
The first target market: we focus on the safe and fresh vegetable so our customers will be
everyone specially housewives, restaurants, supermarkets.
The second target market: we decided to cooperate with some out- door designed companies,
architecture companies, building contractors, government.

JOB SUMARY
Describe the general nature of the job:
Farm manager tends to work in crop production which can cover vegetables, green, nurslings.
The job includes planning strategies for maximum yield, organising farm administration,
working machinery, organising associated businesses and managing staff.
Farm manager needs to have technical and practical competence, as well as the ability to make
sound business decisions. Farms are typically run by management companies or single-owner
farmers.
Farm manager must appreciate the need to satisfy regulations set by the Department for
Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) for safe, high-quality produce farmed in an
environmentally sustainable manner.
Farm manager must assure that the operation runs in process.
Relationship:
Expect a good relationship with staffs, clients, local farmers and external organization.
Responsibilities and duties:
Farm managers are responsible for planning, organising and managing the activities of a farm.
Specific tasks may vary depending on the type of farm but in general include:
planning finances and production to maintain farm progress;
practical activities, e.g. operating machinery, spraying fields, etc;
buying supplies, such as nurslings and seeds;
arranging the maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment;
planning activities for trainee staff and monitoring them;
maintaining and monitoring the quality of yield, crops;
understanding the implications of the weather and making contingency plans;
making sure that products are ready for deadlines, such as auctions and markets or exportation.

protecting the environment
keeping financial records up to date.

Report to the Project Vice President at once a month
Authorize the project accountant manage the finances, farm’s budget and report for the Farm
Manager once a week.
Education:
The completion of a 4-rear bachelor’s degree at a college of agriculture (Common programs of
study include business with a concentration in agriculture, farm management, agricultural
economics and business, crop and fruit science.)

STRATEGIC PLAN
I am a sophomore in Business administration of Keuka College in Vietnam. I am going
to choose Marketing major because I think my characteristics are suitable for this kind of job.
Before I came to Keuka College, I had had a plan that I will try all my best to study in order to
prove to Keuka college that I deserve for the scholarship and then I will transfer to the Keuka
college in America to keep on studying. After graduation with the outstanding result, I will come
back and work for company in Vietnam.
In order to assure my dream come true, I have to start from now, give all effort and
passion in study. Getting higher GPA will be my first step to get the scholarship. It will be my
first lever to help me achieve the goals. Moreover, Keuka College in America is a good
environment for me to learn the diversity cultures that are helpful for my marketing career. I
think changing the environment and studying abroad are a fantastic chance to challenge myself.
Besides that I have applied for a job in marketing major for small online shops, wedding
studio (my mother’s studio) and take pains to learn experiences from books, predecessors.
To conduct my own business, I will apply the experiences and knowledge in to my real-
career; try to improve interpersonal skills, communication skill, management skill, etc.
After graduation, I will apply for some famous companies in Vietnam and then work for them
in 2 years to get experiences and understand thoroughly about international business market. I
will run my own business that will be a green company.
In the next 3 years, I believe that I can conduct the company which includes a farm and
a headquarters organization and representative office. Being rich, famous business person are
also my goals in the next 3 years.

MISSION STATEMENT In the modern life now a day, people have to face with insolvable phenomenon including global warming, pollution, natural disasters, etc. in order to conduct their business by expanding company’s size, they cut down trees or forest to build towel, buildings, factories, etc. Understanding thoroughly the problems, we decided to run a green service company. Our business includes: planting and supporting urban green space, green for buildings, parks. In contrast, in Vietnam , there are no company that use this kind of model to conduct business. Therefore, we believe that we are unique. Our target market: The first target market: we focus on the safe and fresh vegetable so our customers will be everyone specially housewives, restaurants, supermarkets. The second target market: we decided to cooperate with some out- door designed companies, architecture companies, building contractors, government.

The job includes planning strategies for maximum yield, organising farm administration, working machinery, organising associated businesses and managing staff. Farm manager needs to have technical and practical competence, as well as the ability to make sound business decisions. Farms are typically run by management companies or single-owner farmers. Farm manager must appreciate the need to satisfy regulations set by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) for safe, high-quality produce farmed in an environmentally sustainable manner. After graduation with the outstanding result, I will come back and work for company in Vietnam. In order to assure my dream come true, I have to start from now, give all effort and passion in study. Getting higher GPA will be my first step to get the scholarship. It will be my first lever to help me achieve the goals. Moreover, Keuka College in America is a good environment for me to learn the diversity cultures that are helpful for my marketing career. I think changing the environment and studying abroad are a fantastic chance to challenge myself. Besides that I have applied for a job in marketing major for small online shops, wedding studio (my mother’s studio) and take pains to learn experiences from books, predecessors.
