2011 – 5/2015 : Dong Nai Rubber Corporation
Position : Rubber technique staff
My work:
1. Rubber seedling
 Estimating the budget of seedling production on the quantity of tree assigned.
Controlling the cost not to go out the budget assigned.
 Instructing and observing production progress. Checking the growth and production
number periodically.
2. Young rubber and business rubber
 Making plan of the rubber fertilizer yearly and managing the soil fertility. Co-operating
with Vietnam rubber research institute to assess the status of soil nutrient before applying
fertilizer.
 Testing new fertilizers on rubber to evaluate the efficiency before using on large area.
 Investigating and monitoring the status of pest and disease on the rubber tree, predicting
time of happening pest and disease yearly; proposing the method to prevent and kill.

3.  Controlling the latex harvesting technique on business rubber garden.
 Checking the growth for young rubber and yield for business rubber periodically.
 Applying new techniques to help rubber develop better and give high yield, decreasing
investment fee and help harvest sooner.

 To do the test of biological fertilizer
(AMI-AMI, AMI-AMIα, AJIFOL…) to
find out standardized fertilization
process for new crop hasn’t applied yet.
Trial of fertilizer application into
improved farming method to assess and
develop.
 To search and survey crops to assess the
potentiality for business development in
future.
 Expand the business through:
 Doing the fertilizer demonstration.
 Co-operating with provincial
Agriculture Department to do
demonstration (for legality and
support) and introduce fertilizer to
farmer.
 To manage the experiments co-operating
with research centers, research institutes
to evaluate the effects of fertilizer on
crops (paddy, coffee…) and get the
scientific data.
 To support sale department to do
seminar with farmer.

biological fertilizer according to
agricultural trend, demand of market,

material (depend on effects: improve
