Job Description/ responsibility:-
• Overall supervision.
• Direct communication with overseas buyers through emails and over phone.
• Liaising with buyer, planning team, production team, store & suppliers.
• Communicate with buyer from the beginning of sample development.
• Attend buyers meeting regarding upcoming order, new order & running styles.
• Costing. Negotiating price, ordering of goods, fixing delivery date and complete
all the necessary paperwork like work orders, pro forma invoice etc.
• PI & send to buyer for LC & follow -up for LC copy.
• Dealing all kind of foreign & local accessories booking & payment issue.
• Responsible & follow up all offer samples, lab dip, dye lot, proto, size set, PP
sample, test sample & shipping sample to keep buyer promised delivery date.
• Follow up also test sample for getting ok report from buyer nominated third
party physical lab before cargo closing date.
• Regular maintain all status (X-factory, month wise order status & First React
perfectly)
• Making week wise shipping document & packing List and forward the packing
list with invoice to commercial & shipping dept.
• Preparing inspection schedule for shipment and notifying to quality department
in the third party QA & handle quality issues for sampling as well as production.
