Joe Matthews gave a presentation at the PLA Conference about adding value to libraries, archives, and museums. He discussed several ways these institutions can add value through digitizing and providing access to content, adding context around collections, creatively displaying content, connecting users and encouraging collaboration, and serving as a platform for communities. The goal is to harness user contributions to improve and expand collections while better serving community needs.
