Carrot cake Recipe
Ingredients
•   3 eggs

•   250ml oil

•   250g flour

•   1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

•   2 tsp baking powder

•   1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

•   4 medium grated carrots

•   175g raisins.
• Beat eggs and sugar until
 pale, then beat in oil.
• Sift dry ingredients and add. Mix well.
• Add carrots and raisins.
• Oil cake tin lightly.
• Pour mixture into cake tin.
• Bake at 170 C for 1 1/4 hours, until firm
  and brown.
• Stand for 5 minutes.
