Preparation
In the blender we mix the olive oil, the honey,
the mustard and some salt.
We place the rest of the ingredients (apart
from the pomegranate and the parmesan
cheese) in a bowl.
We add the mixture with the olive oil and the
rest ingredients and garnish with parmesan
cheese cut in very thin slices.

Preparation
We place all the ingredients in a bowl, adding
salt, caper and olive oil.
We garnish with the feta cheese (or place it on
top of the salad), parsley and olive oils.
We sprinkle the cheese with oregano.

Preparation
To make the "PITA GYRO" we first cut the
meat into small pieces. Then we fry them adding
salt, pepper and any seasonings we like. We also
fry the potatoes and cut the onion in small slices.
We open the “pita bread”, add all the
ingredients on it and them we “wrap” in order to
create a funnel shaped "pita bread".
