This document provides a recipe for making pizza dough that will make 2 medium pizzas. It lists the ingredients which include flour, salt, olive oil, water, yeast and sugar. • 225g
double
zero
flour
• 1
teaspoon
salt
• 3
tablespoons
olive
oil
• 100ml
warm
water
• 7g
dried
yeast
• Pinch
of
caster
sugar
• Pizza
topping
of
choice
• Freshly
grated
parmesan
Method
• Sieve
the
flour,
add
the
salt,
sugar
and
dried
yeast.
• Add
the
water
and
olive
oil.
• Mix
into
a
slightly
sticky
dough
and
knead
for
10
minutes.
• Shape
the
dough
into
a
ball
and
add
to
an
oiled
bowl
–
cover
with
oiled
cling
film
and
leave
to
prove
(at
least
1
hour
/
doubled
in
size).
• Knock
back.
• Roll
out
and
place
on
to
a
pizza
tray.
Add
tomato
base
and
toppings.
• Bake
at
250c
for
15
minutes
until
the
topping
is
bubbling
away
and
the
edges
look
crispy.
• Put
on
cooling
rack
for
5
minutes
and
then
serve.
