is required to create a reaction. Molecules with more energy come into contact with each other more
often. The molecules of the reactants have to come into contact with each other, so more energy in
molecules result in faster dissolving time.

One of our flaws was that the temperature of the water was not exactly the same when we did the
different trials. The temperatures were slightly off from our recorded value during the experiments.
The change in temperature would affect the time it took for the Alka Seltzer tablet to dissolve in the
water. If there was a direct relationship between water temperature and dissolve time, we would not be
able to see it because the temperatures are off and the dissolve times are not associated with the
correct temperature. Another flaw is that we did not use the same amount of water throughout the
experiment. We used a beaker to measure the water, which did not result in accurate measurements.
The difference in amount of water could result in a difference in reaction time. The third flaw in the
experiment was that during the reaction of the warm water, the water in the cup overflowed and

personal experiences. In Nineteen Fifty five, Traynor, a young white boy, receives fame and fortune
from a song that was written by a black woman named Gracie Mae Still. Traynor and Gracie Mae
form a close bond that exposes the young artist to the hardships the writer faced while trying to follow
her dream of being a singer. In The Lesson, Miss. Moore, a college graduate, takes responsibility upon
herself to teach and guide all the poor, young children in her town. She takes them to New York City,
despite all the negativity from the kids, and allows them to realize the extreme economic and racial
inequality in society. Both of these stories show young kids being stripped of their innocence when
experiencing the sad reality that lies outside of their sheltered world. The kids of The Lesson are not

The Starry Night Poem Analysis The Starry Night, written by Anne Sexton, makes me think about
raging fires, destruction, death, hell, and demons. The word choice in the poem is very colorful, yet
overwhelming and dark, which perplexes, yet astonishes the reader. This poem feels very depressing,
but on the contrary, active and raging with life. The sky is alive and intense, yet the town is silent and
solemn. The idea of a monstrous death is welcoming and yearned for by the speaker. The poem feels

The Mind And Brain Work
One of Smarts main points is that a man is a vast arrangement of physical particles, but not, over and
