Phillip Williams has over 20 years of experience in human resources and people management. He currently works as a human resources consultant for West Angeles Church of God in Christ, where he advises on HR best practices and strategic integration of HR programs. Previously, he spent 14 years at Merrill Lynch in various HR leadership roles, including managing HR functions for over 400 employees across multiple locations. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
