Agents would take orders over the phone and answer customer questions, working 8-hour shifts for $5 per hour. The role requires placing orders in a client portal and solving queries about shipments. 1. Pharma Inbound For 10 seates.
1) Per hour : $ 5
2) Shift Timing : 8 hours (only one shift in starting & after looking centers performance 3 shift could be
possible. )
What To Do :
Its an online Pharmacy store.
Incoming calls will come to us and we will have to place the orders on Clients Portal.
Also if Customers want to know the details of Shipment and other info we will have to solve their
queries.
Technical Requirements:
One Toll Free number, that we will be provided by client.
Server to record all the calls.
PCS
Leased Line
Voip for Outgoing call in case they need to call Back the Customer they can do it.

2. Payment: Weekly Payments on Saturday.
$ 1200 Monthly Revenue Per Seat.
People in Pharma are prefered Only.
Consultancy Charges: Rs. 3 Lacs
After it no need to pay the client anything
Royalty: 10 % ( 3 Month )
