The contact center must meet various eligibility requirements including certifications, management profiles, network diagrams, and experience proofs. Upon approval, the contact center will need to pay Rs. 2,00,000 slot confirmation charges, Rs. 6 lac upfront, and 10% of monthly billing as royalty fees. customers.
Work : To Verify the service Request Number as given by our representative. This is unique
reference number for registering enquiry with MTS Customer Care. You will need this number
for all other future communication. You have to fill appeal form and keep record until 7-10 days.
The MTS Technical team will address concerns as soon as possible, however it require at least 3
days for disruption/disconnection of service complaints and 7 days for any other complaint, since
they might be of different nature and level of complexity. But rest assured, whatever your
problem, MTS will resolve it to your satisfaction. You have to verify complain solving status
after problem solved by calling on same number which provided by technical team with
reference to request / complain ID.
