SCOPE OF SERVICE :
Service Provider's Personnel will have to upload CVs in our web portal which will be provided
by us.
VOLUME :
Minimum and Maximum characters in each entry will be between 200 to 400 respectively
Service provider shall be responsible to provide manpower, electricity, work station and require
hardware etc.
Service Provider must ensure that the documents are not damaged/mutilated/defaced/altered in
any manner.
The job of CV uploading includes verification and correction of data till 100% accuracy of the
keyed- in - data. Our officials will check the data from our web portal for correcting the errors.
They will check the random entered data and mark corrections wherever errors are found and
Service Provider will incorporate these corrections.
Service Provider will maintain a record for CV Uploading and will ensure that all records are

2. entered and no record is entered more than once. The record will also serve a purpose of
evidence for the number of records entered by Service Provider at the particular authority's
office. This record will remain at the head office of the company.
Service Provider shall take due care in entering the data. So that future reference and retrieval
should be correct and error-free.
Absolute care must be taken to avoid errors and Data Redundancy & blanks. During the course
of the inspection and authentication, if errors and data redundancy is detected then rectification
of the same shall be made at no extra payment to Service Provider, failing which an amount
proportionate to the cost involved shall be forfeited.
Service Provider is liable to pay the penalty in case of lack of accuracy.
Contract will be for a period of 1 year and extendable for next 2 years according to performance
of the service provider.
CV Uploading work has to be carried out during working hours of the respective offices.
ELIGIBILITY : Indian, Companies from anywhere in India can apply for this.
Payouts : INR 5 per CV
Technical Requirements : High Speed internet connection
Security Deposit: INR 1,50,000 per Slot (For 10 Seats) + 50K consultancy charges
