Personal hygiene involves those practices
performed by an individual to care for
one's bodily health and well being,
through cleanliness.
IN ADOLESCENCE :
During puberty, the body of the
adolescents undergo various changes.
Hence, it is important that adolescents
should maintain a good personal hygiene
and should stay clean and tidy.
