After this workshop, participants will have a better understanding on how their personal brand contributes to an organization’s corporate branding, what it means to have a strong "Personal Brand" and what it is to be a "Brand Advocate". Why organizations select candidates not only on their skills and motivation but also on the added value of their personal brand. We will discuss the impact of different social media channels including ESN’s for personal development and future job applications. In an interactive peer-coaching workshop we will build strong personal brands and implement them. The workshop also discusses the benefits of some social media channels and the dangers.
