•The Software is for automation of tiny hospital
management.
•It can be use in any hospital, clinic or dispensary
for maintaining patient details and there results.
•The details gives the Doctor, Patient details
including doctor appointment, appointment reminder
and billing system.
•It helps to store more information about patient
and watch on patient progress.

•Existing System refers to the system that`s being
followed till now.
•Presently all the hospital functionalities are done
manually.
•That is if a doctor wants a patients old data or old
daisies that are no easy To keep record with papers
and Files.
•The main disadvantage of that system is the
“Time Consuming”.

Project Description
Our project Clinic Management System includes
Registration of patients, storing there details in system
also computerise billing. Our software has the facility to
give unique id for unique patient and stores details of
every patient and staff automatically user can search old
details of any registered patients using name or id.
Our project Clinic Management System also include The
Appointment registration and reminder if appointment
date is match. All this process work at start up of
software.
Project Description
The Clinic Management System can be entered using
username and password it is accessible either by and
doctor or receptionist. only they can add data into
database.
The data can be retrieve easily the interface is very user
friendly. The data are well protected for personal use and
makes the data processing very fast.
We uses SQLite database is very small and lightweight.
It does not need a any tool or software to use and its also
provide portable application. it help to reduce software
size.

Conclusion
The project Clinic Management System (CMS) is
for computerizing the working in a clinic/hospital .The
software takes care of all requirements of an average
clinic and is capable to provide easy and effective
storage of information related to patients that come
up to the clinic .
It generates bill reports ,prescription reports,
provide prescription details diet advice, and
medicines prescribed to patient. It also provides
billing facility .
The system also provides the facility of backup as
per the requirement.
