1. BROWNIE DE TARDOR
Per elaborar aquest BROWNIE és necessari:
Ingredients:
-200 grams de nous
-150 grams de mantega
-150 grams de sucre
-3 cullerades soperes de farina
-3 ous
-150 grams de xocolata
Per decorar:
-2 kiwis
-1 magrana
-1 llapis pastisser
Estris necessaris:
-Una balança
-Un bol
-Una picadora
-Una pala de fusta
-Una cullera sopera
-Una safata per al forn
-Un trencanous
-Batidor manual
-Davantals
2. Passos a seguir:
-1-S'ha de fondre la xocolata al bany maria.
-2-Es piquen les nous.
-3-Es remena les nous, la farina, la xocolata, els ous, la mantega i
el sucre en un bol.
-4-En una safata s'escampa la mantega per tal de que no s'enganxi
La massa del pastis.
-5-S’intrudueix al forn mitja hora amb una temperatura
Aproximadament de 180º.
-6-Es treu i..... ja es pot guarnir com tu vulguis.
