The study focuses on optimizing drilling parameters for glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) using Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) to mitigate issues such as delamination and surface roughness. It identifies spindle speed as the most significant factor influencing machining performance, with an optimal configuration of speed at 1000 RPM, point angle of 135°, and feed rate of 0.05 m/min yielding the best results. The findings highlight the effectiveness of GRA in determining ideal machining parameters for GFRP to achieve desired surface quality and minimize defects.
