2. ABSTRACT
 Online student feedback system is the web based feedback collecting system from the students and
provides the automatic generation of a feedback which is given by students. We have developed student
feedback system to provide feedback in a quick and easy manner to the particular department or college
principal and Hod’s. So we called it a student’s feedback system which delivers via the student staff
interface as online system which acting as a service provider.The existing system carries more time to do
a piece of work for this reason the online system feedback is implemented. First of staff can prepare
questions & add, update these questions to the online system. After that it was viewed by the students
and can give feedback about the lecturers.Students will fill online feedback using a standard form. In this
security is also maintain that is the result of feedback is only visible to authentic user.consolidated
feedback details should be aceessible in easily recognizible visual forms like graphs and based on this
report the admin can give counselling to the college staff.

3. INTRODUCTION
 Online Student Feedback System for college students have been developed which aims to rate and
analyze the college faculty’s performance.
 This type of Online Student Feedback system reduces, the strenuous work of physically examining the
feedback pages of each and every student.
 The system also reduces the burden of efforts and burden of keeping and maintaining the records on a
manual base, it requires a lot of space and safety to keep up such records.
 Also the students feedbacks can be tempered for wrong reasons in case of paper based feedbacks
wherein the student feedback system will always ensure safety of feedbacks privacy.
 Another important features of this project,is that physical presence of neither the admin nor the student
is required for the either giving the feedback nor for assessing the feedback.

4. EXISTING SYSTEM
• The existing system feedback is done by the manual process. The student can give feedback by
using pen and paper.
• This task was done manually with many of the drawbacks such as evaluating handwritten forms
is a difficult process. But the restriction here is once the student submits the feedback report
he/she cannot modify it later
• Papers collected by the Hod’s and calculate the overall grade for each subject and the lecturer is
very difficult.

5. PROPOSED SYSTEM
• The proposed system purpose is to take feedback from students in online regarding the lecturer’s
teaching. With this student can submit feedback in efficient manner without any loss of data. The
admin can access these feedbacks from the students and take appropriate actions.
• Student can give feedback in online without waste him time in writing. Students needs to login
into website of online student feedback system and gives his/her feedback and can perform
modifications too.
• One student is allowed to give feedback in one turn. However they allowed to change it any time
based on the lecturer’s performance

8. ADMIN MODULE
In this module ,Admin can login by using valid user name and password. Admin can do the following
operations like Add faculty, assign faculty, add subjects,assign subjects,add students, View feedback which is
provided by students.admin after seen view feedback based on this can give counselling to the college staff.

9. STUDENT MODULE
In this module students can login by using valid user name and password.students can do the
following operations like Give feedback ,View feedback ,Change password,&logout. after login students can
provide feedback and can view feedback of particular faculties.students can give feedback for faculty based
on questions provided by admin.
