 Kaushik garden restaurant
 Providing delicious food, local ecofriendly services from the staffs and also it has handmade
local decorations of restaurant.
 Qualitative and hygenic food
 Taking order from customer in a tradition way
 Current situation of the organization
 Services provided by the organization
 Business process of the organization
 It was established in 2020 A.D.
2) Problem
 No any online services for food ordering system
 Loss of productive time:
→ Tables are not available at restaurant at peak hour.
→ To reserve the table or to order the food, there is no any use of
existing communication or technology.
 Inconvenience:
→ Customers have to wait in a queue for their payments. Sometimes
problem also created during biling because no use of digital
technology.
 Manual Process:
→ Ordering staff used manual process for pick an order.
3) objectives
 To develop a system to properly manage the restaurant
 To increase the online customers
 To eliminate the sort of problem that have been occurs during biling,
ordering and payments time
 To gain profit by gaining review in social media also

 A methodology is the elaboration of a clear strategy
for gathering evidence, including the specific data
collection methods to be used, the kinds of evidence
to be collected, and the approach for analyzing the
evidence.

 Primary source of data is collected and analyzed directly
through interview, observation, survey and questionnaire.

 Online food ordering system is the system where we can order the food
item and reserve table through internet with just one click, which can our
daily life easier and convenient. Presently, the customers spend an hour
going to the restaurant by selecting their food. Restaurants have provision
of customers making a call to the restaurant in advance to order an item to
be ready for them for pick or to be delivered to them, some of the
customers don’t always get the selection they want because the
restaurants run out of certain items or because there is no provision of
ordering custom foods (Regmi, 2017)
